My husband and I purchased a new model from Millstone Homes less than a month ago. The reason we loved this home so much was all the detail and quality are like no other. Everything was fully completed. Included was beautiful landscaping, the nicest garage you will ever see and a backyard oasis (cabana house, salt water swimming pool, outdoor washroom and hot tub). Vasili and his team are always available and punctual when needing something to be completed. We are beyond happy and grateful for our new home. Thank you Millstone Homes.

This is was our first time working with Millstone Homes and their team.We had no surprises and everything was completed as promised. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail was amazing. In the very early stages we knew we made the right decision working with this builder. They have a very wide selection of finishes and choices.The supervisor was always available to answer any questions. Trades were great to work with and they were willing to make changes on the go if required.Our home turned out more beautiful than we imagined.We would like to thank Vasile Caniuca forbeing available to discuss any of our concerns and questions during the entire process. We would highly recommend Millstone Homes to anyone considering building a new home and would build with them again.

Recently purchased a home through Millstone and my wife and I couldn’t be more thrilled with our decision. Home was move in ready and in perfect condition! The very few pdi things were repaired before we took possession and everyone we dealt with through millstone was very friendly and super accommodating. Of all the houses we went though in the are, the finishes and extra touches from the other builders in our area were night and day. We couldn’t be happier in our Brand new Millstone Home!

We love our new home by Millstone. The quality materials and workmanship is part of what makes Millstone one of the best builders in the area. The design team and our site supervisor have been amazing to work with. They are also very responsive if something if needed or have any questions. We moved into our new home recently built by Millstone Homes of London in Kilworth. The design team has been great support throughout the selections. The building is completed and turned out to be a magnificent home. We really love the new home. Hope to collaborate with the team again in the future for another build.

We love our Millstone Home! Every time I walk in the door, I am delighted this is our home. It was a spec home so most of the design and finish decisions had already been made. We made a change, removed a bedroom to add a super master bathroom and custom built closet. Our home is clean, super modern and very open concept. We have a deck off the master bedroom overlooking Boler Mountain and the downtown core of the city. The sunrises are spectacular! A ton of thought went into our home to make it suit the environment.David from the customer service team has been great to work with. There were a couple minor issues as anyone would expect with a new build, the issues were addresses in a timely fashion. We know we can count on the Millstone Team to make things right!Working with Vasile way before we decided to make the move was a wonderful experience, we will continue our friendship for years to come. Thank you to the Millstone team.

I’ve had the pleasure of working on multiple deals with Millstone homes, dealing with many of their staff and Vasile.My family was so happy with dealing with Millstone the first time we came back , anytime we plan on building a home , we know who to call.The team is very professional and empathetic with their clients, even during a pandemic facing many challenges but still aiming to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.Thank you for your hard work.

Keep in mind that the other 5 Star ratings are from new google accounts and a realtor working for the builder. If you need to pad your reviews with staff and fake accounts, you know they seriously deserve 0 stars.I’ve seriously considered listing my home (as everyone else in this neighbourhood) in order to be done dealing with this builder. I am exhausted trying to catch every lie, argue over ever repair, argue over the quality of the repairs etc. Here are a few images of the jobs they’ve botched in my home. I’m sure the images speak for themselves even if they don’t speak for how angry, frustrated and exhausted I've been for the past 2 years. I caught them in so many lies pre-build and tried to get my deposit back (to cancel my build). I was right to feel a loss of trust right away. They’ve caused me so much stress and anger. The list continues to this day with Tarion warranty to fix things. It feels like I will never be done. They are not home builders". They are a company providing a service and a product that will not come to you correctly and you'll spend years trying to fix their mistakes and broken products. They'll also lie and cheat their way through not fixing your home afterwards. STEER CLEAR of this company. Choose any other builder in London.Images;1. Roof leak down the stone pillar wall for nearly 1 year. Also leaked inside the homes during one of their "repairs".2. Soffits incorrectly installed causing separate leaks all around the home.3. Flooded basements (every single one of their home floods). Back and front yard is also constantly flooded.4/5. Cracks

We had a great experience building with Millstone. From the initial meetings with the design team to the trades and project managers on sight. Everyone was professional and fun. You can tell everyone is happy where they work and they take pride in it. It shows in the attention to detail and quality of work! A great experience from start to finish I wouldn’t use anyone else. If we build another it will be with Millstone.
