Our car broke down in Terrace Bay and Spadoni GMC squeezed us in to their busy day. Our car isn’t very common and a new part would have been a 2 week wait. They were able to find us a used part, have it shipped to them in 2 days and got us back on the road within 30 minutes of the part getting there (at a very reasonable price as well). The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help us through a tough situation.

We were travelling through the area on Friday afternoon, 20th August and had an engine light come on about an hour from Terrace Bay. We pulled in a they were absolutely amazing the technician cleared the code and had us on our way in less than an hour. Unfortunately the engine light came on about five minutes later but we decided to move on, the light is still on but will have it looked at in a few day when we have some down time. Thanks to everyone that helped us out.

THE GREATEST PEOPLE EVER! My friends and I were road tripping home from BC to London, blew a tire and barely rolled into Spadoni Motors at 5am on the rim. These guys showed up to work early and didn't even charge us because they had a spare tire lying around that we could use! Everyone in there was incredibly nice..

We were en route from near Toronto to Thunder bay..stressed with transmission issues....they help us right away...made us feel at ease and were efficient with educating us and correcting the issues! My husband and I were travelling through Terrace Bay to BC, to celebrate Thanksgiving with family (we had already been on the road 10hrs) when our car started acting up. Not what you need on a 34 hour drive. Without appointment, the service department took a look at our vehicle, although they did not have the parts in stock to fix the issue (it was the Friday of a long weekend) they assured us that we could keep driving, told us what we needed so that we would be able to order the part, and fix the car when we reached our destination. Well long story short, the car is all fixed thanks to your service departments help. You went above and beyond to help two travellers in destress, what amazing service! Thank you so much.
