it is april 3 2019 today & i had my surgery August 2nd 2018 with this doctor and i have to say ever since that surgery my wrist is WORSE! I am not impressed. I felt like I was cut open for nothing because 80% of it healed up he couldnt fix anymore. Well buddy you literally made things worse by not doing anything to fix the issue. I gave you three stars for being so nice, but now im in more chornic pain then started and you say to not get anymore surgery well guess what it is my health and im going to someone else to see if someone else can help me.. Everybody reviewing this doctor he has 100000's of patients. I swear thats probably part of the problem. Has to many patients & doesnt wanna deal. If you get reffered to this doctor I suggest you get your doctor to find someone else. Mind you I had to come all the way from Windsor to try and get this fixed. And everybody ranted and raved about this doctor and he is not good at all. Youll be waiting in the waiting room with a number to be called for 1 hour and a half just for a 10 minute appointment with him. Not impressed. Dont go!

Been going to Dr. Richard s for many years. He is so kind and considerate and very patient.Can not say enough good things about him.

Dr.Richards is a.miracle worker I have been blessed to have had work down! He has added years to my life. God has truly blessed this man.

Horrible experience! His receptionist is one of the rudest out there! Stay far away!!! You'll have to wait hours to see him and his receptionist has no sympathy she'll tell you to go to another surgeon if you don't want to wait and she doesn't even inform you of the long wait when booking the appointment you find out when you get there. Terrible service.

Dr Richards is an an internationally respected board certified plastic surgeon, and we as Canadians are so lucky that he is still in Canada, and in a minor market like London, Ontario. He is extremely polite, kind and empathetic, and looks for the best solution for the patient, not the most interesting or expensive procedure, but the one that will yield the best results for the particular patient. He is also a Professor of Medicine, so he teaches and keeps current in plastics, which is very important when you are looking for an MD (my father is an MD as well). He will answer and address all your concerns in your consultation, and make you feel a good deal better about yourself than when you started the appointment. I highly recommend this surgeon, and his excellent staff!

I have had procedures done by other doctors in the past, and no one has come close to the greatness of this man! I just love Dr. RICHARDS!! He is kind, and attentive. He is positive, and made me feel important. He recommended did some procedures on me that have boosted my confidence. I am scheduled for some reconstructive surgery post weight loss in the next couple Years, and I just know he will change my life for the better! I am moving out of province, but I will make the trip to London to have him perform these procedures. I trust him like no other! I am very grateful for this gifted man!!

I have been to see Dr Richards and love him and his staff. Very kind, patient, professional and I was glad to have everything explained to me in such detail. He answered every question I had. Highly recommended!

Great doctor but can not give anyone 100%proper care because he is to busy. Way to many patients.
