I have had chronic neck/shoulder pain for years and have visited virtually every kind of therapist for it: a physiatrist, acupuncturist, naturopath, and a couple of other physiotherapists. Katrina was the only professional that could alleviate my pain significantly (with manual therapy), properly and thoroughly explain my condition in a respectful non-condescending way, and write to my GP so I could be seen by a specialist MD for additional treatment.She’s also helped me with a running assessment and now I’m back to running regularly without major issues after over a decade of doctors telling me I shouldn’t do high impact exercises.She’s a rare combination of both knowledgeable and caring professional and I feel very lucky to be treated by her.The clinic space is also very clean and pleasant and the staff has always been helpful and friendly.

Alaia Physiotherapy Sports + Wellness is truly the best physiotherapy and massage clinic I have ever been treated by. The entire staff are complete legends; a network of kind, caring, and highly skilled professionals. I suffer from chronic lower body pain issues, which have been the focus of my sessions at Alaia. Great Professionals, I highly recommend Alaia Physiotherapy Sports + Wellness! The staff really takes the time to identify the source of your pain and injury. They use great treatments like IMS and the staff also develops very customized exercise programs to assist with recovery.

I have been to many different physios over the last 10+ years, and Alaia has been my favourite by far. The office is bright and modern, extremely clean and sanitary, and very welcoming. The reception staff is always very nice and helpful with all scheduling. Dave is the best RMT I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Kat is extremely knowledgeable and talented as a physiotherapist and in IMS/dry needling. I am extremely grateful for the Alaia team and their services the past 5 years!

Thanks to the exceptional care at Alaia Physiotherapy Sports + Wellness I am able to lead a healthy and active life. I've had chronic neck and back issues most of my life. I tried many treatment options in the past. It wasn't until I started receiving treatment at Alaia that my back issues finally stabilized. I've been dealing with foot pain for four months now. When the pain started, I first saw a GP, then a podiatrist, but the pain remained despite their suggested treatments. I wish I came to see Katrina at Alaia first! After just 3 visits my foot is feeling so much better. She's so knowledgable and skilled at what she does!
