We have been going to this amazing place for years. It doesn’t matter which product you purchase here it’s absolutely delicious. Love love the bacon, steaks, pork chops’s and chicken. Making my meat pies this weekend and ordered 15 pounds of ground pork which will be ready to pick up this morning. Staff are amazing and very helpful. Treat yourself you deserve it!

It’s a small butcher but excellent quality meats. An extensive variety of everything and they also have salads too! It’s was extremely busy on Saturday but the line moved fairly fast, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The steaks were nice and thick and they had a nice selection of chicken. Will go back again for sure.

Came across this gem of a place whilst in the area. I have high expectations of where I purchase my meat from - and this place was bloody outstanding!! Fresh chicken sausages with leek, mushroom and herbs without any added fillers. They were absolutely delicious, moist and flavourful. I have NEVER had chicken sausages like that. Their sausage flavours change each week. Very friendly staff who were most helpful with suggestions. I will definitely travel from Mississauga to try additional produce.

I purchased two striploins that looked incredible, each super marbleized, perfect thickness. I paid $63 for both. I have to be entirely honest, the beef had an unusual texture and internal colour (greyish) almost like veal, it had absolutely no flavour, it was weird. I seasoned and cooked over high heat, cooked to med rare rested, I was with 4 other people. We sliced for a youtube video and we were all disappointed in the taste and texture. I love supporting small business and I will return, but for that restaurant cost it should be incredible beef.

So glad we found this butcher! We live in Georgetown but happened to be down in Burlington and was so happy we did. The variety of sausages and burgers they have there was incredible. I'll be sure to pop in whenever I'm in Burlington!

This is one of the finest butcher shops I have visited. Their porchetta is outstanding. Creative collection of fresh made sausages, the most beautiful beef you’ve ever seen and the bacon is to die for. Friendly staff and butcher.
