Pierre-Le Gardeur Hospital
This is the worst hospital!! My brother went there with severe kidney pains and no one assisted him. He had to leave and come back to Toronto to get help. One of the nurses was so rude and unpleasant. He had to try to drive all the way back alone while having to stop when the pain got worse. This is unacceptable.

Incredible worst emergency in Canada I guess. For a person with priority 3 Urgent it’s been over 24h still waiting to see the doctor. It’s getting just curious how long it will take. I was reassured you don’t have to spend another night here. Very positive! I’v seen everyone arriving after me and passing before me, nothing terrible no one dying. This staff is just a Disaster. Total disaster.

Worst than zero I brought my 2 year old at 8pm it’s 11:30 am the next day and we are still here. This hospital needs more staff. I understand there are long waits but I’ve never in my life seen it this bad. Just does not make sense in a Supposed first world country like Canada. This hospital is the perfect example of why the healthcare system in Canada is flawed

Don’t get me wrong, nurses do their best with what they have, but there is clearly an issue with lack of doctors or management within the emergency room. It is the worse place to go for an emergency.I came in after 24 hours of kidney stone pain. Couldn’t eat, was vomiting and no sleep. Nurses could just give me Tylenols that did nothing. Waited for 16 hours in pain in the emergency waiting room.36 hours of unbelievable pain. I took a risk and went to Maisonneuve Rosemont emergency room. I got helped with a few hours… but I was fainting by the end. Ridiculous hospital.

5 stars for the attention we received for our baby. Triage nurse was really thoughtful and Dr. POTVIN was an angel, even after being the only doctor with too many patients. He is doing his best and the way he treats people is amazing. 0 stars for the lack of doctors in ER. During a whole Saturday, only 1 doctor available for all the emergencies.

If there was a possibility of giving 0 star I would have… it makes no sense the inconsistencies on the waiting time… I know there is lack of personals but for Gods sake why do we call it emergency! After 10 hours an infant with less that 3 months can not see a doctor when initially told that has to a doctor ASAP…Let’s get our act together, we can do much better than this

We went twice to the emergency ward and both times we waited only about 6 hours and both these times were on the weekend (Good Friday and Mothers Day) when I think they may have less staff. So far the doctors we have dealt with were very competent and listened carefully to what we had to say. The triage nurse was quick and efficient. No complaints!

DO NOR BOTHER, go to the CHUM this hospital and everyone involded is just careless about your situation. You will wait until you lose your baby or die. This is serious, this hospital is better off closing.Aller à l'Hopital CHUM le service à cette hôpital ne vaut pas la peine
