These service technicians are at best incompetent and rude, and by my experience racist. Technicians (John) who claim to be in danger when their slow work forces them to share elevators with multiple people of colour have obviously found a home here. Couldn't be more disgusted by the quality their work. If you care about quality, dignity or human rights do not hire.

Complete crap. They've been in our building everyday for FIVE MONTHS and not only have all the elevators been out of service at least three times this week. People have been stuck in them! Stroke patients and other medically fragile people are being forced to walk upstairs and down and all the company has to say for itself is direct your complaints to the building management. Unable to provide any explanation as to why elevators keep malfunctioning. Very dismissive. Very uncaring about quality of service and lack there of.
