I went in for a bag of dog food and a lady helped me out, she had long dark hair, such an amazing employee. She talked to my daughter and even carried my bag out to the car for me. 5/5 customer service - such a kind person!

Love this pet store always clean and pleasant to go into! Nadine is awesome !!! She knows so much about the products ! And has great advice for dog owners !!! Awesome job guys !!

They have a large line of products for your fur babies. I thought the staff was ok I guess they were super busy when I went in the store. I went the week before and the young person I dealt with was great and personable and provided excellent customer service. Unfortunately I do not remember her name.

We were running behind and called ahead ask if they could stay open for us. Honestly only 2 mins after 5pm. Women on phone extremely rude and said we close right at 5pm. We will not be returning.Very disappointed with customer service.

I've been going to Global for a long time but last few visits stood out. I was given inaccurate information about a product from the sales associate and then had to come back and return it after researching it further. Also, one of the cashiers was not very friendly.

Very knowledgeable and kind staff. The staff have helped me with my kitties needs and I appreciate their knowledge. I have high need kitties... the staff knew exactly what to suggest and if for whatever reason my kitties don't like the food or litter, I can take the products back when it is safe to do so.

Be sure to check your receipts. I was so happy with my purchases until I got home an glanced at the receipt. Every item I purchased had a significantly higher charge than the shelf or tag sticker price. I wasn't happy about the extra trip back to the store (waste of time and fuel) and then had to stand in line watching & waiting while the clerk chatted to a customer who had already paid (the customer didn't know I was behind them but the clerk did, and she seemed determined to not make eye contact with me or end the chat she was having). When I finally got served, I explained about the overcharges and she said the cash register is programmed with those prices (as though that makes it okay). Her attitude was what made everything worse; I almost thought she was going to refuse to correct the overages, but she was so rude I decided to just return every item. I won't be shopping here again.

I had a terrific experience in the store this morning. I just went in for a couple items for our new puppy and the young girl was extremely helpful and was incredible friendly. I can't say I've ever met a more happy person working in customer service before.

Lots of option, service isn’t always consistent. Sometimes you get someone super nice and thoughtful other times you get an employee who seems angry at you for showing up

Our dog hates having her nails done. In fact, she hates having her paws touched. It was so bad our vet had to sedate her to get her nails trimmed. Sara took the time to make friends with our dog which helped to settle her. She still hates to have her nails done but Sara is the only one that has made it a non-traumatic event.
