They helped me in moving all my household items to Toronto, including packing. 2 boxes did not arrived, and Kanwar helped me track them down and deliver to my new address as well. I recommend using this store.

Excellent Customer Service and kindness. Both Dylan and Arsh were so helpful in getting me the packaging that I needed, and helping me to get my package safe, and ready to be easily shipped out at the right time to arrive when I needed it to. They made a tense moment for me, a breeze and pleasant. I highly recommend this store to anyone needing to place a delivery anywhere!

Will never ship here again. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Owner accepts no responsibility for his mistake and zero willingness to help. Even getting a refund is a rip off. Be wise and spend your money somewhere else.

Shoppers Drugmart no longer offers Faxing.So I tryed going to The UPS Store today..Really fast and easy..Thank-you for the help :)

I was just there today and had such an amazing experience. I needed good quality printing in glossy paper and they were able to print it on the spot for me. Staff was very friendly!

Honestly it would be nice if our heritage mail service provided service like other companies....but glad we still have a place that cares about customers and buisness.

Every time I drop off a package for return shipping, they refuse to give me a receipt and inform me that it will be scanned by the next driver and a confirmation email will be sent. This time, my package disappeared and was not scanned by the driver. My return window has now closed on my item and I have NO proof that it was sent back which means I will be responsible for the lost item. I will be contacting the store to see if they have security footage of the front desk to see where my package went but I am absolutely infuriated with UPS (and with myself for not demanding confirmation).Update: I think the response from the owner below shows that they don't fully understand my issue. To clarify, it has been 5 days since I dropped of the package in the return bin and I have yet to see any updates on my tracking number; the tracking still says 'label created' meaning that the package wasn't ever scanned but is missing from the UPS location.

Used this store for shipping and promotional printing several times. All the workers are super friendly and helpful. We recently had to get some custom 4x6 cards designed and printed on a two-day deadline. Kanwar was extremely helpful with the design process. Arsh and Dyllan both ensured the cards were printed, cut, and ready for pickup. They went above & beyond to give us a call as soon as the job was completed so we could breath a sigh of relief. Will be back here, not just because the job was well done, but even more so because of the fantastic customer service.
