Had to return ship an item and wasn't sure how to package it. The employee was super helpful, sold me a box to return the item in, put all the labels where they needed to go and taped the box up for shipment. Wonderful customer service, thank you!!

Two deliveries were never made! I have never had a delivery problem with an another provider of this service! No customer service, unable to connect with an agent! Zara should never be linked with this company... They are loosing customers! Be carefull!

Highly dissatisfied with the service. The driver didn't even ring or knock at my door when me was just there! Just slapped a piece of paper for missing us"! And it's not the first time. And the pickup address is given is 8 km from my house. And 40 mins to reach there. Waste of time

Pure incompetence, they wont deliver your package to your home and send it somewhere else for you to pick up a few days later with a notice.For a delivery company they sure aren't too keen on delivering packages

Terrible service. I went in to collect a parcel with my slip, ID and 2 pieces of mail but was refused. The woman seemed VERY happy to tell me it wasn't enough. My ID has my Toronto address, but I brought a Canada Post Expedited Parcel with my name and Quebec address, another piece of mail with my name and Quebec address, and showed her my Hydro email as well as a recent email invoice from Purolator with my name and Quebec address on it. I told her I had left a note on the door asking the delivery person to leave the parcel if we weren't home. She said Well

The worst service provider ever. It has happened twice that my package never makes it to my home. They lie saying that no one was home. I was home all the time. Did not receive any message or call (I provided a number) when they came to deliver my parcel. They also don't tell you what time they are going to deliver. What should one do? Stand on the road all day long waiting for them to come!!!!!! Now the parcel center is 1 hr away from my home. It is just a huge waste to time to go there and spend 2 hrs commuting!!!!! I wish there was a way to just choose your parcel service in advance.
