Since covid I had to make appointment...was in and out in 5 minutes...great group of girls working when I was in there.

The staff is very helpful if your not sure what your doing they will walk you through it. Most times saving a trip back to the office. Plus being wheelchair bound this service has been very helpful. We plate about 2 dozen pieces of equipment and vehicles . So time and stress is important.So thanks again to everyone at Service Ont. Dresden :-)

The place is grate only problem is impatient people from Chatham come and make the line up really long i went there the other day and there was like 5 or 6 people from Chatham causing line ups and long wate times because Chatham people can't wate at there own service ontraio. Chatham takes everything over in small towns and don't care about anything but them

Went there Jan 12 to register van and trailer. I was told trailer was not essential (business only) and I needed one more document for van fair enough. The guy was aloof but did his job. I scheduled an appt for 3 days later Jan 15. Only to be met with a locked door and after being let into the lobby, screened with COVID questions. Upon being asked if I traveled internationally in last 2 weeks I informed her I was an essential truck driver amd crossed the border only for work and I remain within my work boundaries. Therfore I am not required to quarantine. After this while the which she stood within 3 feet of me. She told me to stay in the lobby while she discussed this with her supervisor. I was informed I may not enter further due to having crossed the border. I was shocked I said my job is essential, I have to cross the border to do it. You must make an exception for essential workers, she said nope, you can't come in but you can send your wife with a 3rd party letter! What! Really! Than you may as well let me in. I left totally disgusted. I took another day off work, traveled to the next county where i was welcomed in, had no problems with my job and could register not only my van but also my trailer!! Needless to say Dresden Service Ontario is unprofessional and doesn't appreciate essential workers. One year ago we were everyone's hero, today we are the walking plague in many peoples eyes.
