One of the favourite place for art lovers. They have collection for wall painting, wall frames, flower pots. Although some things were costly but getting variety of things at one place. When I visited this place it was getting ready for holloween. One can buy gift for children from this store.

Michaels always have sales...ensure you download the online coupon before shopping for a great deal. Holiday things are out early.

Generally clean and enjoyable store. The staff are usually quite pleasant.However, the young lady that assisted me could use some practice on how to bag properly. She broke two flowers and damaged several others shoving them in the bags.

Well stocked, over-priced as usual, but okay if you shop the sale/clearance items or use the online coupon.

BIG store! Lots of options! When I went in, it was busy but the checkout moved quickly enough I didn't feel like I was waiting forever. Clean store.

The store itself is very difficult and oddly laid out but redeeming factor is Christopher. He was the best cashier i’ve had! So friendly, he definitely carries that store.

I ordered gift wrap, and they somehow managed to send a completely different gift wrap - not even remotely close to the colour or design I ordered. So now I have a birthday gift for a Muslim person wrapped in a blatant Christmas design, because I don't have time to wait another 4 days for a replacement. Pretty embarrassing to be honest. I'll never use this store again.

The level of attitude we just received from their workers is baffling. They overcharged us around $100 and then continued to condescend to us. We Mentioned that the products had red stickers and the best the employee could say was “red stickers?” In the most condescending sarcastic way possible. If you aren’t familiar with your stores markdown process, that’s okay we all need to learn somehow, but don’t be rude when you’re in the wrong.When I point it out to the other workers, and took a photo, she felt the need to tell me it’s not necessary as they told him the price. We get back to said cashier and he is miss quoting the price. They bring a second, potentially manager, who is just as rude. I show her the photo she refuses to make eye contact with me or the phone. When my husband shows her she gives him a dirty look and then after all her attitude she needs to ask to see the phone and prices again.They acted as though we were being dishonest and taking money straight from their pockets.
