My best friend moved back to BC a few weeks ago, and a group of about 10 of us went for lunch. Our server, Isabella, was extremely helpful and accommodating, we were seated on the patio and drinks arrived promptly after ordering. I had been here before for drinks after work about ten years ago, when the establishment was called Mickey's, the environment has only gotten better. The pizzas were good, and at a fair price, and they put up with us. 10/10 experience, really made the day feel special

This pub is outside the residential area but is conveniently located near highway with plenty of parking spots. Our server was very pleasant and nice. She makes your experience better. Food are quite alright, very reasonably priced too even to consider this inflation era. Taco Tuesday was neat and tasty and we also tried their golden Brussels sprouts which were also pretty good. There are many kinds of wings to choose from, and special deal on Wednesday. This now is one of our go to pubs as children are also allowed.

Service =12/10, ambience = 10/10, food=11/10. Best prime rib in town with no competition, if you’re not in at 4 pm Saturday you have missed out on life

Wow, what a little gem this is. Golden Parrot seems to have a Red or Gold seal chef hidden back there.The food was superb. I am guessing as to the recipe for the fries, but the real secret, I have no clue of, is how they make their burger patties.Delicious food. Humble cozy atmosphere.There's a patio, decent parking. Why not?

It’s such a busy place and it’s a regular spot for most of the people. So you can imagine it’s loved by everyone. I ordered veggie burger and my friend ordered chicken sandwich. Food was nice burger was served with fries. Servers were really friendly.

Such a quality food, service, atmosphere.Not sure if they also offer live music but would be nice to be added.Among my top ranked restaurants in BC. Can't complain about anything. Don't let location (near a gas station) fool you.

Ordered via Ubereats and not impressed at all. We got the flaming hot chicken sandwich, the tortellini and the Shepard’s pie. All were semi okay at best. Won’t be ordering from here again.

I have been going to this restaurant for over 30 years. I remember when there when they had 2 live parrots when you entered. Most of time very good food and service. Tonight I was disappointed as 2 of us ordered the prime rib and they were out of Yorkshire… we requested to wait until they were ready. The wonderful waitress substituted garlic bread even though we didn’t want it. At the end of the meal she checked with the kitchen and apparently they still were not ready. Which would have been fine except we could see other plates lined up with the Yorkshire’s on them.We said nothing but I hate being lied to.

Went to checkout Golden Parrots with a buddy during their happy hour to catch the basketball game and we had a fun time. Guinness tastes great as well as their Fat Tug IPA which didn't taste that bitter so I loved it.We got their deep fried pickles which came with a bit of fries. They were so good so we decided to get the poutine as well.The owners came around to check on everybody and they were super friendly. We had a chat with them and they are absolutely awesome people.Would definitely come back!
