I cheated on my hairdresser with Karis and I don't regret it for a minute! I hadn't been 100% happy with my previous stylist at a different salon for the last couple of years so I finally decided it was time to explore my options. Looked for a Google maps reviewed salon near my home and then at who had the best reviews/comments. Karis is listed in many of them so I booked an appt and went in today. Well I am ecstatic at the results! She did exactly what I wanted and more. It made me feel young and beautiful after long haul covid had my hair falling out in clumps. Thanks Karis! I may have to travel back here to get my hair done after we move to BC because I loved it so much!

Karis is awesome! This is the second time she has cut my hair and I have been impressed each time. She listens to what I want and does a fantastic job! Very happy with my haircut. And the salon itself is super cute, very friendly staff as well.

My dad and I arrived to this hair salon to both get a haircut! Everyone who worked there was very friendly and polite. Our hair stylists were apprentices, but I would call them professionals! The hair bathes my dad and I received were by far the best hair bath/scalp massage we’ve ever experienced in our lives. Once I was sat down, I was greeted with a cup of coffee from the friendly desk lady! It was a great environment to be in if you ever want to find a nice hair salon. At the end of it, my hair was smooth and healthy! Personally it was a great experience! I recommend going here :)

Had a terrible experience with one of the stylists who is no longer there. Spoke to the receptionist a couple days later and let her know of my displeasure. She said I was not the only client that has had these issues.She said that they would be in contact with me about the appointment that was far from what it was supposed to be.After not hearing from anyone I emailed Cherish and voiced again my haircut in which I was extremely unsatisfactory. I went in and they gave me 30% off my next appointment. I said I appreciate the gesture, though I would like to speak to management about it.Crystal got back to me via email and thanked me for coming back in and that they felt they handled the issue appropriately. Saying there is a 2 week window to come in and get the cut fixed.As a man getting a 2nd haircut in a 14 day window leaves you almost hairless.So Crystal thinks that a 30% Band-aide ona problem is a solution for her customer service.The issue here is a company not standing behind their service. They feel a few dollars off is a fix to it. It’s extremely disappointingto see a small business treat their clients ina blanket statement with a 30% off tag attached to it. There are many other hairstylist shops in the Sherwood Park area that will appreciate my business and sure I will not get treated as a number and pushed through the system.Integrity here is the key that has been completely missed here. Not an experience I am willing to go through with this company again.
