AMAZING PEOPLE!I am giving them a perfect score here. Every single person at this location has been super helpful and a few has even went out of their way and took the time to talk with me and answer any questions I had. Even if I did ask the same question in a different way. But they were all willing to help as best they could and they treated my dog Charlie very well. She loves it there. I was a worried dog dad when she went for her spay & chip surgery but again, they took the time to walk me through the recovery process no matter how many questions I had. They even did multiple check ups for Charlie. Thank you to everyone there.

Great service, but they forgot to do my dogs nail trim when she was under eventhough I had marked it on the sheet request and mentioned it multiple times. Great after surgery follow-up and availability.

Cleo needed constant care for a few months and the vets at St Lawrence were kind, compassionate, and they saved my girl. They have also treated one of my boys' urinary problems and I have always been very happy with all of the staff. Highly recommend!

I had a similar experience as Ivy did. Although I was just going in to buy dog food. I'm a client of the Casselman vet who are always very friendly. But I live near cornwall so I had my dogs food prescription sent to St. Lawrence for easier pick up. When I walked in... there was a women at a desk at the front door who very abruptly said what are you here for". She didn't even say hello or smile at me. It was very rude. I said I'm here to buy some dog food. She said are you a client here and I said no but I was told by the girl at the front desk that I could have the prescritption sent over and then could purchase the food there. And she again very rudely and abruptly said " what's your phone number" and I said I'm not a client here you won't have my number. And she said very rudely that once they have my prescription and file from my vet they open an account and I become a client. This is the first I hear of them also needing the full file (I only sent the prescritpion as instructed). I tried to talk to her and say that she shouldn't tell me I can't buy dog food because I'm not a client until first seeking to understand. It's very off putting and contradictory to what I had been told the day before. Client to me means that I take my pet there for care. For them just buying food makes me a client. I didn't know they would open a file for me and make me an official client...I just thought they have the precritpion and I can buy food when needed. When I tried to ask questions she would be so rude. Her demeanor from the moment I walked in was so aweful and when I tried to understand she became increasingly hostile then tried to treat me like I was the one being hostile.I left and called to speak to the manager and the girl who answered the phone said she heard the conversation and that I was the one being out of line-but she was serving a client and there's no way she heard the entire conversation...it's really important that if youre going to have someone at the front door greeting or triaging clients that you choose someone who is welcoming and friendly. Instead of saying rudely " we don't sell food to non clients" she could have said "we would be happy to sell you the food your dog needs but we have to open an account for you-let me take a look to make sure that's been done...and if not I would be happy to do that for you". " Can I please have your phone number to see if an account has been created yet". Is that so hard? Now my dog doesn't have the food he needs to be healthy. I do not recommend this vet. I actually used to use them as a client who took my pets there but I didn't find the service very good. So I moved to the Casselman vet. We love it. They are so friendly and kind. I would leave my pet with this person. I should have known better than to even just go buy food there but my dog needed it and I haven't had time to run to Casselman. My father passed away recently and I've had a lot of commitments to manage. I hope this review saves others from similar experiences. As doctors we learn how important bedside manner is. Very disappointed."

I was having our cat put down due to medical reasons, and although that service was very compassionate, they forgot to do the paw print. My poor granddaughter is devastated she really wanted that paw print. The only explanation was so sorry we forgot. How do you explain that to a 12 year old.

Great experience, very friendly - our Bear loved the staff and looked they really enjoyed him too. Our pup left happy and we have some peace of mind. Thank you!

So grateful for everything they've done for our animal. Such genuine care and friendliness during difficult moments. When our cat had to spend 3 days there, we where so touched they too loved our furry friend and enjoyed his company as much as we do. A genuine place :)Thank you for all your kindness
