Good ESM food as always, but the 5 star review is really for the exceptional staff. It's been SO LONG since we've been to a restaurant where each and every server was so genuinely pleasant and attentive. With all the smiling and the camaraderie, it seemed as if every person actually enjoyed their jobs and was truly invested in making sure the customers had a great experience. Thank you! Kudos to servers and management. We don't live nearby, but we'll definitely go out of our way to eat here again.

Is it the best Italian food ever? No, but I wasn’t expecting it to be as it’s, well, a chain restaurant without Nonna in the kitchen….but it was darned good! The Caesar salad was much better than the tossed, with tons of bacon, the bread was warm, fresh and delicious. The chicken parmigiana was really moist considering the crust looked a little well done but it was delicious. I ordered my side as pasta Alfredo. It was a wee watery but very good. My companion ordered theirs with meat sauce- excellent. Server was great, even though they were slammed on a Saturday night. We had to wait 30 minutes before we were seated as they were so swamped but was definitely worth the wait!

Loved our experience at East side Mario’s. We had Tracey as our waitress and she was beyond great!! Super friendly, funny and accommodating! Highly recommend! :)

Service was really good and fast despite being very busy. Food was good and prices are decent. Our server, Marsha, was very awesome. She was really funny. Had us laughing all night until we left. She was an amazing server.

Went there Jan 6 2023 went there at 10 pm ish. Ordered the double bacon carbonara and the garlic chicken fettuccine. Both were good. There was 5 slices of chicken and you really taste the garlic (price $20-$22). They had a new and improved Italian wedding soup. Which the only thing I found different is the broth. While I did like the taste, you can't get over the look of how much oil is in it. As seen in pictures. Just not eye pleasing to eat. As for the staff we had amber and she was wonderful so happy to have her as our waitress.

I had an amazing outing with my family. all the servers were amazing but there was one who was exceptional out of the rest. Our server Debbie was well mannered and patient with for my immigrant mother whom couldn’t speak English, she also gave us a pile of napkins when I spilled a glass of water onto myself. I will definitely be coming back here again and hope to have Debbie as my server again!!

One of the worst dining experiences yet. Stood in the entrance with no staff taking names for over 15 minutes. Sat at a booth and waited a long time to see a server who was asked twice to bring the salad. A manager was out once to apologize for the lengthy wait even after that followed by the waiter’s apologies after that. We sat for an hour without our entree‘s. We eventually got up and begun to leave. We told the hostess who was apologetic but no one offered a solution so out we went. I’m never going back again and by the way, we saw countless orders getting taken out by way of Skip the dishes. Am I to believe our patronage isn’t as important as the people at home who didn’t even bother to visit the store? I’m appalled.

You know its bad when the waitress who adds cheese to your meal comments on how small the portion they give you is. I let the waitress know it was completely cold, and couldn't eat more than half before it was ice cold but no discount was even applied. $28 for a small cold pasta. Not worth the money sadly.
