Stouffville X-ray & Ultrasound

I had my ultrasound done last week. The clinic looked very clean and was organized according to COVID-19 restrictions. The receptionist was very nice and pleasant. The ultrasound tech was very helpful, friendly, and a knowledgeable person. I always appreciate when a health care facility takes good care of their patients. Overall, the Stouffville clinic is by far the best clinic i have been to. Thank you and keep doing a great job.

I’m extremely frustrated with this place. This is the second time my ultrasound results are not sent to my doctor. The first time I let it slide even though I shouldn’t have. It was sent to the wrong doctor. If a patient's results go to a physician who is not providing direct or indirect treatment to the patient, this would be considered an incident involving an unauthorized disclosure.Fast forward 15 weeks later I had another OB appointment today where I was meeting my doctor to discuss my ultrasound results I had a few days ago. When I get to my appointment my OB informs me that no results were sent to him. This is the second time this happens. I am beyond frustrated that I can’t trust individuals at this place to send my results to my physician. Taking time off work and anticipating seeing my doctor so he can provide me my results only to find out nothing was sent to him is extremely upsetting. If you’re looking for a reliable place to have a test done and faxed to your doctors office this is not it. It’s really unacceptable.

I wanted to be seeing by a technician since I’m 38 weeks pregnant and I wasn’t feeling my baby move much the girl at the front desk was nice enough to squeeze me in without appt which I was super thankful but the technician that saw me seem to be bothered and wasn’t sympathetic at all with me being concerned if my baby was moving or not a little bit of simpathy goes a long way people. There is no need to be rude with a person that is already worried about her baby’s well being.

Love that I can quickly come in for my ultrasound and the front staff are great. I've been coming here for 4 yrs but since Aug '22 the techs have been rude.I asked their policy for bringing children and was told there was no issue with my baby coming for my ultrasound. Cut to meeting my tech and she gives me grief for the entirety of what should be an exciting appointment confirming I'm pregnant! I understand they were not comfortable with having a child that couldnt mask in and I kept apologizing butbthat didnt seem to be enough. Funny thing was they said ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to full adult who disregarded the 30 signs stating to wear a mask. But OK, I won't bring my kid again.As I knew the techs didn't want him in my mother came to watch him in the waiting room. STILL got grief. And again, ruined what should be an exciting appointment.Previous techs were much more warm. Even through my miscarriage to finding out I was pregnant with my first at the beginning of the pandemic.Basically you've gone down hill and I gave you a 2nd chance for my 12 week. My 20 week ultrasound I'm not going to allow you to tarnish my experience and have rebooked in markham. I'd rather drive 25 min than deal with your techs. Very disappointing.

Lovely people. Loved the tech who told me everything she was going to do and why. So nice. Will for sure come again. Nice people who clearly know what they're doing. Definitely better than other places I've been- where they don't tell you anything before they prod at you.

Thank you Leslie for being such a kind human and an excellent proessional I had the pleasure to meet during my pregnancy. Sadly, but understandably so, Covid measures made usually exciting pregnancy milestones very clinical, impersonal, non-social and somewhat disappointing. Nearing the end of my pregnancy, every ultrasound I've had so far (at a different location/office) has left me wondering if my baby was ok, the technicians didn't let me see the screen other than taking a quick picture on the way out, and I always felt rushed to get in, out, and don't ask many questions in between. Today's visit with Leslie was just so refreshing because she actually cared not just about maintaining all the protocols and doing the scan, but about my experience. Every pregnant woman deserves this kind of attention, care, and professionalism during pregnancy, especially in these difficult times. Thank you so much, highly highly recommended you come see Leslie!

This facility is clean and welcoming. The recieptionists are friendly and great! I love the ultrasound tech I had, I had her for two of my appointments. She was energetic, empathetic and kind. I love that the appointment didn't feel rushed which is how I felt when at the Markham facility.

Just finished an ultrasound with Leslie and she was beyond amazing! FTM and she explained everything to me well enough for me to comprehend. Receptionist was super pleasant too! I regret not coming here soonerAlso.... very very clean for COVID. Asked questioned and got temperature checked at the door

Showed up with a req from a legitimate Chiropractor who is registered with OHIP but because he wasn't in their system already and not a Chiro in the same town" that the xray clinic was in

The rude blonde receptionist has made it so me and my family are never returning.My elderly grandmother had forgotten her requisition request at home (5 min drive away). When she asked the receptionist if she could call or text me to bring the paper, she refused and made my grandmother wait for 45 minutes before another PATIENT was kind enough to call me so I could come pick her up.Very poor customer service on this clinics part. Will be escalating this as this type of treatment of an elderly patient is disgusting.
