Trek Bicycle Queen West

All I can say is WOW! What an amazing experience from start to finish. As someone that is beginning a journey into triathlon, I was very nervous about getting started. All of the staff here are amazing, friendly and extremely knowledgeable and helped me feel confident. I believe Jake was the employee who had helped me purchase shoes, pedals and a trainer. Other employees also helped with all of the installation. 10/10 experience! I will only use this bike shop moving forward. THANK YOU!

I came here based off of their reputation for service. Unfortunately it has been a challenging experience. I bought my bike and was super excited on new bike day when I was to pick it up. Jump on it to test it out and the dropper seat is not properly engaged and just sinks when you sit on it. I was told there was too much cable. You'd hope that an experienced bike builder would know that to start, and that they would test all components before calling me in to pick up my bike. So on new bike day I was turned away while they put my bike back in the cue to be fixed. Once I got my bike, after two rides I noticed that the front brake cable was wearing through the paint job on my head tube (again the cable was too long and pressing full force into the tube) This is where I start to question who built this thing. So, brand new bike almost 4k and it's scratched. The response I received was Well its just superficial damage". Which is true

I called multiple bike shops before these guys and everyone told me that I will get the bike a year after booking. In case, I change my mind and cancel the booking some offered refund of full booking amount and some with the partial.When I called Trek Bicycle Queen West on 29th March, they told me I will get the bike on April 11 th. This comes from USA. The only condition WAS I had to make the full payment by visiting the shop which was also on a full refund if I cancel my booking. I must say it was worth the wait even if it got delayed then April 11th.I purchased the Trek Marlin 7 Marigold to Radioactive Red Fade M from here! Got it delivered on 1st May,Absolutely amazing staff. Amazing customer service. Overall a great bike purchasing experience. Keep up the good work.

Had a wonderful experience recently purchasing a touring bike from them with some upgrades. The bike was setup and upgraded within a very short period, considering how busy they are at this time of the year (spring), and every person that I dealt with during several visits, were very courteous and helpful - highly recommended!

Once you get your hands on a Trek bike, the experience is wonderful. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Ivan is great!! Be sure to ask for him. He is very knowledgeable and is very helpful to make sure that you understand how to make the best use of your bike. The repair team is great. I love my checkpoint alr 5! But due to supply issues be sure you order it as soon as you possibly can (took me 14 months).

Right off the bat great service! I called in earlier and discussed my situation with my bike chain and they the staff member on the phone was helpful enough to walk me through the procedure. I came into the store and was greeted and everything felt very welcomed I was assisted with a staff member named Wes he got me set up with the system and was super fast in getting everything ready for me. While waiting for my bike I took a look around the store and the catalog the store has oh man they got things on top of things.. I had a question about bike pedal extensions, another colleague named Akil had all the facts.. not only did I come to the store to get my bike fixed up but also being educated at the same time. These guys got it down packed! The price in total wasn’t that bad at all. Overall a happy customer!! So would recommend!!

The shop is quite nice, staff is welcoming and they always had a good variety of bikes in stock.Service though is quite a different and unpleasant experience.Expect yourself to attend a waiting for at least half an hour even if you have an appointment to just drop your bike for service which is excessive.I got my bike serviced and they reccomended the level 2 as it was more in depth... well I am not sure what they did other than a poor bleed and a nice cleaning to the cassette... Pedals weren't even touched and I had to grease them myself, same for the seat where there was still dust in it.They proposed to fix a slight bend on the brake rotor but they didn't put it back adjusting it in the correct position and it was rubbing the pad constantly.After a month I am back to being with one break lever spongy.Based on my experience my statement is if you like the bike take it but rely on someone more competent in terms of service and maintenance as here is quite a waste of time and money.

Great people offering great service! From sales to service, the level of attention from Trek Queen West is great. All the individuals are able to pivot and adapt to their customers' circumstance. From the most simple accessory to the very fancy bikes, they showed multiple times they care about their customers' satisfaction. I will certainly be back!
