Ta-Ke Sushi Take Out
Our go-to sushi place. Always fresh, friendly staff, large portions of fish in all rolls, and amazing value for the prices they charge. As a veteran customer of Wako when I used to live in River Heights, this place eclipses them in every way.One suggestion - when ordering at busy times, order well ahead. They are very good about calling and confirming longer waits when the online order system's standard wait time is too short, and they tend to throw in an order of spring rolls as an apology, but something to consider if your timeline is tight.

Ta-Ke Sushi Take Out
I came here for dinner and ordered Alaska roll, shrimp tempura roll, and salmon sashimi. I opened the box and had them immediately when I return to my car. As a sushi chef who had 2 years experience, I would say the experience is good(compare to the price). I feel everything I ordered worth the money I paid(except the miso soup). If you are looking for a sushi place where you spent little but can get a good portion of sushi(the quality is above the average), maybe give it try. Suggestion: removing the tail crust of shrimp when you guys make the shrimp tempura roll. I know it looks good but uneatable.

Absolutely phenomenal. We would definitely re-order from here any day. I hope to one day try some of the other Japanese dishes available, I only quickly selected a few rolls but the menu seems vast enough to go back and try a few more dishes.

Kind of average sushi flavor. It’s what you get everywhere. The rice was flavorless and the fish was not great. I am not in love. Very average and can’t eat inside. Not worth it.

Am a regular customer. Their prices are very reasonable. Great take out place especially if you want your sushi fix. Not a dine-in (date) place, although they do have a few tables if you decide you want to have your sushi in there. It's all bare bones. But I think that is why they are able to keep their prices very reasonable. I just love their lunch special at $10, tax included! I just wish they had other stuff like tempura shrimp. But, they did say that theirs is Sushi and Sashimi Take-out." They are true to what they advertise."

Ta-Ke Sushi Take Out
Wonderful little sushi shop! Super kind staff, wonderfully decorated interior, and incredible service. Was faster than any fast food place I've been too, and much healthier. I would absolutely recommend them if you need some quick, tasty sushi, or a place to sit down and hang out for a minute with some great ambiance.

Be careful with this restaurant. You have to order wasabi, ginger and soy sauce. It doesn't come with the order. May not be for everyone but those items are are a big part of sushi.

I ordered medium sushi party tray first time. Processing time was fast. The sushi was delicious. Combination of sushi mix is just right for family(with child). I am so happy to find out this nice sushi take out place in Winnipeg. Staffs are also very friendly. If you want to taste decent quality of sushi with good price in winnipeg, this is the right place. Additionally, Fried spring rolls were exceptionally crisp and warm!
