The doctor was very kind and caring she took care of my little girl coco and she was interested in her history and examine her very well and their prices were very reasonable

I’ve had so many poor experiences with other vets in the past but healthy paws has given me and my kitties countless positive experiences. I have come here several times for emergencies/walk ins and always leave with a peace of mind and two happy cats. Dr.Jan is absolutely amazing and has always provided treatment plans that work for my family. The ladies who work up front are an absolute pleasure to chat with and give my cats all the attention they want haha. I never thought me and my cats would like going to the vet till now! I have been to this clinic a few times and they are awesome there. Even had a minor emergency and they got us in super quick. They explain everything thoroughly and give options if the price for treatment is too high for you. Today I called in the morning to get my “high energy” poodle in for an ear pluck and clean and nail trim, was able to get in in early afternoon. The tech was great and super calm, my dog did great with her! A job I will gladly turn over to them. Thank you!!!

I’ve never had a worse experience with a vet. Recommend nobody uses them. A lack of caring from the first doctor and misdiagnoses led to our 9month old puppy passing away.In response to the surgery risks. I understand those. It was the aftercare where I kept calling with issues and was constantly being told those are normal. Such as massive vomiting and lack of bladder control and peeing.

Dr Jan is simply amazing. I was referred to her by another dog mom that loved Dr. Jan as well. All of my dog allergies are now under control. My dog stopped going for emergency visits to the vet (induced vomiting) all the time due to her eating foreign objects caused by her allergies. I am extremely thankful that my dog has one of the best doctors in town! My dog is healthy and happy again. Every time we consult with Dr Jan, she would listen and then give us the best advice and she will look for solutions of our dog's problem. Thank you Doctor Jan!The clinic is very good and the price is reasonable. I would highly recommend.

Love the staff here, Odin is a hyper german shepard who loves to bark and let everyone know he's around. The staff took great care of him when he was in to be neutered, and the price was reasonable and bag on what was quoted. There is no pressure for the extras that are recommended. Thank you to all the staff at Healthy Paws.

Very bad experience, I brought my cat there because he cryied in pain if we tried to touch him, we told the doctor that our cat spends some time outdoors and we suspected that something happened like a car ran over or a fight with another animal because the pain complaint was only when we tried to grab him. The doctor just pass the hands over my cat fur a couple of times and suggest me a blood test and pain relief medicine. We paid $650 for the test, consultation and pharmacy fees, we brought him back home, we kept him in the house for 2 days, then we found an wound covered with hair and infected. When we brought him back to the clinic they alleged that the wound was not there before and was a completely diferent problem. We paid another $250 for the wound treatment and anti-inflammatory medicine. I think that if they would checked him right since the beginning they would find the wound they could cured him properly and avoid that unnecessary blood test and fees. In my opinion, the first thing that any doctor would to an animal or person in those conditions would be check for physical injury.

Absolutely awful service. To start off the vet was 45 minutes late to our appointment.After they took blood test, I was told I’d get call within two hours with results. I waited for Four days, and finally had to call and inquire about results - which still weren’t ready!As you can imagine, I requested a refund, which was denied. After much debate, I was refunded just 40% of my bill.Sad a clinic can charge such astronomical fees, yet deliver such proof service.

I had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional services provided by Healthy Paws and I am extremely satisfied with the level of care and professionalism I received. Their prices are reasonable, and the staff is incredibly meticulous and patient, making sure that my dog, Archy, is always at ease during even the most intrusive procedures. I am grateful to have found such a caring and professional team and cannot recommend them enough. The dedication and care provided from the front desk all the way to the veterinarians is truly remarkable and greatly appreciated.
