Pioneer Cove Mobile Park
The people living there are great. No complaints about them. It's the owner of the property. He doesn't upkeep anything. Just to get him to fix anything is a nightmare. If it comes free he might... But if it's going to cost him, you better expect to be waiting a while. But boy oh boy... He's right there with his hand out when it's rent time!
