It's a gravel parking lot :-) There was no visible garbage.

It's self service, pretty tidy, thers always windshield washer fluid at the pumps when needed. Love that thers deff an windshield fluid north of pumps glad but bugs have been worked out so that it's easier to use. It's hard sometimes to pull out the hose but otherwise it's excellent. Thks for keep the washroom clean an tidy keep up the great work cause ther so many employees the come through this sight.

Davies City Lot
Not excessively busy or full, even at 9 am after the rush there are still spots to park. The gravel is regularly graded so potholes aren't a problem, even if you have a low clearance vehicle. The industrial area seems to keep away shady characters and the City Bus Garage that shares the lot makes it feel safe and monitored. Definitely the best free Park & Ride I've used.

This lot is nothing but one big pothole. When it rains it becomes a lake surrounded by mud. I have no shocks left in my car after driving through it daily. The city of Edmonton need to fill in the potholes.

Great for parking to catch the bus downtown. The lot can get a little rough as it is gravel with lots of traffic but they try to keep it plowed and grated. Have always been able to get a spot even when arriving later in the day (noon). However there is no sidewalk along the road by the parking lot to the bus stop so be prepared to walk through mud or snow depending on weather. Thy also put in a new stoplight at the intersection so arrive a few min before your bus as he light is slow to change for crossing to the northbound stop (I have watched many busses drive by while waiting for the light).

Parking lot was pretty wet, but Edmonton got a lot of rain before we went to the Garth Brooks concert.

Good place to park to go downtown - lots of potholes since it is gravel but the city seems to keep up with it as fast as they can.

Lots of free parking for people who use ETS services. Only issue is the lot is not paved and can get very dusty.

It's a park and ride parking lot, can be muddy after rains, but can't complain about the price.
