Dan was a wonderful sales person to work with, and she was very paitient with us as my wife and I had lots of questions. She show us the different ways on it we can setup the Karaoke system. I would recommend coming here if you are looking for a good Karaoke system.

My machine is perfect for our setup, portable, with Bluetooth functionality that allows us to work with multiple technologies. Very happy! Quality sound.

YES for the WHOLE family and friends!I bought a karaoke machine right before the holidays, it was perfect for gatherings and had such a large selection of songs! Andrew the owner was knowledgeable, easy to work with and showed us how to operate the system.Since the device was back-ordered I didn’t expect it would arrive in time for a few gathering we were hosting. Andrew went above and beyond and even offered a floor model for us to use just in case. That way we could still host karaoke during the holidays and enjoy it with friends and family. Lucky, we didn’t need to because it arrived before our plans. We are more than happy with the customer service, sound, selection and aesthetic of the machine! Highly highly recommended!When we noticed a software bug for the English songs. They were able to take the machine, work with the software engineers in Asia and correct the bug as well as improve the overall functionality. Once again going above our expectations, plus it was finished in 3 days. If you’re looking for a machine like this on Amazon you wouldn’t have anyone to turn to if the software had issues or was buggy in an update. You’re far better off working with a local source that takes responsibility and care for their product and their customers. What are waiting for? I purchased a karaoke system - PSSK-2021/2C on Boxing Day last year. After trying out the karaoke system for a month, I must say I am pretty satisfied with my purchase. I love karaoke singing, and I have been looking for something simple and affordable. I love how this compact karaoke machine is portable and has great sound quality. It is perfect for small gatherings with friends. In terms of song choices, I have the option of downloading from a wide selection of songs, in Chinese and English from the Cloud (There are probably more languages to choose from, I just did not have the chance to explore all the settings yet). The system holds a maximum of 50 songs, but I can always delete songs from the library if I want to download new songs. If you cannot find the song you want, you can also use the Youtube App for your searches. If you want to use your own speakers for better sound quality, you can also connect the karaoke system your own home sound system. There's no complicated setups which I was happy about as I am not too tech savvy. Andrew, the store owner was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain all the different types of karaoke systems and recommended products based on your preferences. He reassured that I can always ask him questions in case I run into any technical issues needing help to troubleshoot.
