I called the store for a specific toy that I was hoping was in stock, as it was showing out of stock online. I was greated pleasantly and promptly by an employee. (Sorry, didn't get the name). They were so helpful from start to finish. I was able to get the toy I was looking for, plus more! My niece is going to be happy this Christmas! I came from Hamilton just to come here as everywhere else was out of stock for this specific toy. Thank you!

Staff not helpful or sympathetic to situations out of customers control. I needed to exchange a gift I got for my son as I got two of the same. After talking to 3 people, giving loads of information and taking almost an hour of time I finally got the exchange. When I asked who I could talk to about the situation I was told to leave a review, so here you are!

Everything is well organized and the store looks good. It’s all gendered which is stupid but it’s a kids store so idk what I expectedBe warned the carry peanut products on the line shelves closest to the mall entrance.

Really great Toy's R Us. Lots of inventory and selection. Always fun when you see Geoffrey around too and they have toys out for the kiddos to see and try. Very helpful staff too.

I really enjoyed my shopping experience at the Guelph location. The store is so bright, clean and lovely to shop. Well staffed too! I was greeted and offered assistance from super friendly customer service reps. And thankfully they had everything I was looking for.

Smaller toy R us which I don’t mind , sometimes the big ones can be overwhelming. The reason for my low rating is when visiting today with 2 children we were approached by staff with a ballon and asked if she could give it to one child, of course we said yes thinking she would realize the second child and bring another … but she looked at the small child saying “me please” and walked away. I’m not sure if this is a tactic to get us to buy another ballon, I just don’t understand.

Hi Jayson. Congratulations you hired professional and friendly cashiers! But your assistant manager, the mature woman, was extremely rude to me in front of my child twice. That ruined my day. And I also witnessed her being impolite with the courier. I had interactions with you in the past, and it was always pleasant and cordial. It's unfortunate that you have this person in your staff, because she ruined the whole experience that you managed to create in your store.
