I have to give a big shout out to the employees that were working here on May 13th.I sadly lost everything in a house fire and they were so kind and understanding, took care of me and was able to get a new SIM card with no hassle. Such kind and professional service, simply amazing, thank you again guys.

Just returned from an awesome experience at Rogers in Fallingbrook Centre. Brought my daughter in to transfer data from old phone to new phone and Alicia was amazing to work with. She was patient, knowledgeable, and super friendly. Will visit again in the future. Thanks so much Alicia!

They are only really nice when they are selling you something. This is the only store in the world that cannot look up a receipt for you. Do not get duped on the their screen protectors - there is no such thing as a lifetime warranty like the box states.When we switched to rogers (now with regrets) it took the sales guy 15 minutes to put our screen protector on our phone. It fell off right away when it barely fell. We went in before the 15 days and one of the guys in the store ARGUED with me about it! Saying that it fell that is why it fell off and it probably prevent our screen from cracking (BS) - I tried to tell him that it did not fall with impact and he CONTINUED to argue! He gave us a new screen protector but told us we will NOT get another one if this one breaks before the 15 days and if we cannot find our receipt we do not get the life time warranty. I was not impressed with this treatment and it was only over a screen protector. They should never argue and they really need to take care of their customers better. I am glad I never did their stupid survey in time because the sales guy basically told us to fill it out and give him over 7 because under 5 doesn't make him look good (GET A LIFE BUDDY). A sale is not all I care about as a customer - how you treat me after the sale matters even more. NEVER GO HERE!!

Stellar service. I lost my SIM card and got it replaced in quite literally 5 minutes. I don’t think I even had to pay anything, I’ll update this review if I see an extra charge, but if not I’m seriously impressed by how easy that was.

The level of service provided by Rabi, the Assistant Store Manager at this Roger's location was exemplary.He was knowledgeable, thorough, and patient. I had lots of questions, and he didn't hesitate answering them. Rabi took care that my new phone was ready to go when I left the store.

After searching all over town for an iPhone mini I finally found one here. I’m sure glad it was here. The customer service provided by Curtis was top notch. His professional approach and more importantly, his patience allowed me to leave with a fully functioning copy of my lost phone. Somehow he even unearthed latent offers that had me spending much less than I expected! Thank you Curtis!

This company will bleed you if they can. They are like desperate dogs, looking for anything they can get. They will go for every little penny they can get and say anything not to address their deceitful practices. They have ZeRO customer service, unless it’s to sign you up to a shady deal.Don't trust the sales people in this company. I would never recommend Rogers as even their managers are trained to be deceitful and very unhelpful.

Not sure what the point of having a brick and mortar store selling Rogers products and services is if you cannot cancel services or drop off equipment there? Although it's clearly a misguided company policy and not the store employees' fault, it's incredibly frustrating to take the time to gather all the pertinent documents and equipment and schedule time to go to the store, only to be told you can only cancel on the phone.And when you do call, despite the contract saying you do not need a reason to cancel, they will grill you and put you through at least three different departments to convince you to stay. On top of all that, the customer service associate who came to my door added television to the package and charged double what I later found out others in my neighborhood are paying for the same service. And then didn't answer my email or phone call. Online chat agent wouldn't help at all either. Needless to say my two day experience with Rogers was not good!
