Great service! Great selection and the best prices in Ottawa, hands down! A quick search will show they beat The Brick and The Bay quite a few dollars (hundreds for the same bedframe). Also, Michel was patient and knowledgeable! 5*****

Great new store, decent pricing, made in Canada products which is a big bonus for us. Michel the salesperson was professional and helped us find our next new couch, looking forward to delivery in the next few days. We bought a refrigerator and range at the Orleans store and are very pleased for the whole experience. The purchase was easy with no pressure and every questions were answered professionally by Sebastien. Then the delivery was done without any issues. Very happy that we could be served in French by both salesperson and delivery guys. We will definitely go back to this store if we need more appliances and will recommend to family and friends without hesitation. Thank you for making our experience one of the best! We have been searching for a couch or recliners for our newly renovated basement. Matthew wad fantastic not pushy but the best experience I've ever had buying any sort of furniture. Being tall it's hard to find something deep but not short backed. Matthew took his time told us look around check out other stores show me what you like. He would communicate with me out of store to show me different options. After a few weeks of looking we went back to see Matthew and got 2 recliners. Service was impeccable the manager was also extra pleasant and welcoming. We will be back and have since sent many friends, family, Co workers to this location. PS don't mind the dog lol he likes to be in every photo possible!
