Without my consent I was charged $4344.77 on my credit card.---------------------- UPDATE -------------------Mac the branch manager quickly resolved this issue. We went through what was done with the truck and a new revised invoice was posted. The genuine concern and honesty displayed with a problem at hand is an indicator of the integrity of the dealership. Working through problems is a staple in any industry and Dawson International in Kamloops is a testament of fairness for hardworking people. Thank you for the help, we will definitely be back.

I need 6 hours of working time to replace the oil seal, take a screw, and add up to a labor cost of 2000. They are too outrageous and do not have a standard process to charge arbitrarily
