Friendly and efficient personnel offering great service at an affordable price.I recently purchased vehicle insurance from their Red Deer office and was more than happy with their service and prices.It was great to deal with people that treat customers like customers and not like an inconvenience.I'm moving all my insurance policies to Western Financial as they come due.

I have been a client of this place for 7 years. This year they raise my car insurance without any reason. I got no collision incidents, 0 demerits and i am class 1 professional driver. In request to lower the amount and make it like used to be the broker said its impossible. Also he said that other insurance companies will not make it lower for me. I called the first insurance company in the list which Google offered me and they made it much lower. I gave 2 weeks notice to cancel my agreement with them and do not renew anything starting from March. Insurance advisor Jeremy T. Gair said i will not be charged cancelation fee. He send me cancelation form which i signed and sent him back. The same day i paid for my March car insurance to my new insurance company. March 1 Western financial took money from my account as a monthly payment. When i asked why they showed me cancelation form with cancelation date effective by March 29. I did not look on the date when i was signing the form because the date was agreed with Jeremy T. Gair. There is 0% chance that he entered incorrect date by mistake and send it to me. Also when i came over to speak with another advisor she told me this is my cancelation fee. I proved her there is no cancelation fee and company charged me monthly payment. She said that i am right. Have a big doubts in professionalism of those two workers especially its related ti Jeremy T Gair who appears to be a liar. I will try to warn all the people i know do not make any business with Western financial in Red Deer

I have been a long time customer with Western Financial and I've noticed over the last 5 years that the customer service seems to just get worse every year. I have 4 vehicles and my home insured through them and this year has had to be the worst service I have ever recieved. When calling in I can never speak to my rep and always have to wait for a call back which usually takes hours or even till the next day. I left a message for a manager to call me back when I was unhappy and instead of them calling me I got some broker I have never dealt with. When the manager can't even return your calls to listen to your concerns that speaks volumes. I have had numerous negative dealings with them now that I'm seriously considering taking my business elsewhere to a company that appreciates my business and as such provides excellent service!

My contact at the Red Deer AB branch was extremely helpful assisted us in acquiring the policy that would work best for us. Aileen explained the policy in detail helping us to get the coverage that worked best for us. I strongly recommend her for all policies you might need and or require.

DO NOT GET INSURANCE HERE. This “business” Stole my payment and sent me to collections. I was switching to a different insurance provider and I made my last payment to this “business” I was sent to collections because there was “no record” of me making my final payment. You ruined my credit just to make $140. I tell everyone I meet to never do business with western financial

I have been been very happy with my experience with Western Financial. My broker Amy Sissons has been very helpful through the years and has helped me with all my needs from auto, home, and travel insurance. Amy was able to find me the best rates and help with my transition from previous insurance to my new company with ease. Last week I also needed a quote for last minute travel insurance and I had it back within 24 hours!! I highly recommend them! ☺

I was hooked up with an agent through my other agent at a different agency. The agent needs a lesson in customer service, specifically how to talk to new clients. Throughout our minimal interactions this agent was condescending, impatient, and acted like a Karen. Us non-insurance brokers don't know every little insurance rule and she let me know what I was getting incorrect with a condescending tone of voice and attitude. I will NEVER use Western Financial after this experience, and I'll be sure to tell all my contacts not to use this agency.She never gave any updates, never phoned me back, nothing. This was mid January. It is now Feb 6th and despite me phoning and emailing this agent, she has yet to return my inquiries.I ended up getting my commerical insurance through a different provider. I will NEVER recommend Western Financial to anyone. Their loss.

Donna is an exceptional agent that went above and beyond my needs. I had a complicated case and she handle it with great care and attention and made sure I received exactly what I needed during my contract. I will recommend her a hundred percent. Experienced a great customer service from Sukam at Red Deer branch. She worked hard and got us great rates for our home insurance. She explained everything professionally and in layman terms easy to understand. Thank you.
