Omar was very helpful in providing everything I needed in the office and I appreciated our down to earth conversation. He was able to assist me with an additional request over the phone after I returned home and he was able to provide it and additional useful documentation in a timely fashion due to it's urgency. Great service, very quick, and made me feel like I was in my home branch. My home branch is in the greater Toronto area but returning from a trip driving through Nepean ( the branch at 51 Marketplace Ave. ), I had to stop off and do some banking. From the lady that took my call originally, to the branch manager that greeted me, to the young gentleman at the front desk, all were very welcoming, professional, and helpful to me. Thanks to the whole team.

Entire team including Branch manager Mudi is awesome. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Great mortgage rates for new mortgages. Highly recommend this branch because of amazing people that work there.

Personalized service where you are a name and not just a number.The credit union, member experience at Meridian is not the same as a big bank.There is such care taken for each member. We have great support, full service that you want in a bank, but the small business feel we are craving in the financial world.Highly recommend of you are looking to be treated well and not just another number in the queue.
