worst service. broker doesn't call back in 5 months. I moved and called several times to change my address, he is always too busy. I need to add another vehicle when he actually calls back and says he will call you back and never does. I was also paying property insurance on the previous house for 5 months, after I moved out,for which I never got a refund, I was ne Ridiculous service. Ian neglects his clients.

Terrible service! Very unprofessional and lousy customer service! Would not recommend to anyone. Hard to get ahold of anyone during regular business hours, and when you do they're very rude when you ask questions.

Terrible service! I would not recommend this insurance broker to anyone! Ian is very hard to get a hold of and leaves his clients stranded in the dark. He does not reply in a timely manner and comes up with excuses. I never once felt happy while I was with this agent. He may have way too many clients for his capacity and maybe why he is not able to provide good service. I would say he is a nice person, but it does not make up for the horrible service which is offered.
