Civic Optical is super good. All staff is always very happy and very knowledgeable very helpful. And the owner Mr.Ali is a gentleman fantastic person. My experience in that store is awesome. Keep up the good work.

The prices are very reasonable and not only we bought our glasses but also they have always fixed our glasses if they needed any quick fix with a very kind and wonderful sense of care. I've been to many large chain optical retailers, but for service and quality I feel that Civic Optical is the best. There are no high pressure sales tactics, and the employees don't follow you around as you check out the products. The selection of frames is extensive, and the prices are good. So far, I have had my glasses for about 10 months without any issues. I would definitely buy here again.

Not only do they carry high-end products as well as mid-range products they have outstanding customer service. This is the only place where I buy prescription as well as sunglasses. I'm particularly fond of Serengeti as I am a professional driver and these have been rated the best driving glasses in the world. Serengeti has an outstanding warranty. I've owned several pairs and in 20 years, I have to return 3 pairs for various reasons. Every time they repair or replace them to my satisfaction. I can't say enough about this company and the high quality sunglasses they make and as well as Civic Optical for handling all my returns and any repairs; Great company!

I checked for my reading class repair and they informed me that I can't get a glass without any prescription. So I showed my distorted eyewear and they repaired it for free. Thank you.

This will be my third pair of glasses in less than 5 years. I have to say that the ladies are amazingly polite and the service is great, not like other Optical Stores where you feel as if you are just a part of a piece - work production line. They take their time and let you try on as many pair of frames as you want until you are comfortable and happy with the frames that you like not the frames they're trying to sell or unload on you. Always keep in mind that you are the one that has to wear them every day and the people there will help you find the glasses you want.

Bought a pair of Versace glasses and the frame broke accidentally. Took it back and without question it was replaced on the spot. In and out of the store in 5mins. I get all my eye care needs taken care of here. Great service and selection. They really go above and beyond expectations to take care of you.
