Exceptional customer service!!!I am not a biker nor desire to be one but I went in looking for a bike that would support a surfboard rack. And the entire team was so helpful, kind and patient to assist me. They were honest and gave me great insight on my needs. Eric had served me and we discussed my options. We selected the best bike and I set a deposit. That bike didn’t work but there was one that was perfect. Unfortunately, in the end I decide not on any bike as it was a bit complicated for my personal situation. BUT that didn’t change the friendly treatment from the team. Really the best customer service I have experienced in awhile. Highly recommend anyone looking for anything bike related. Keep up the great work guys! If I ever buy a bike I will come back here!

Rarely put reviews but this one is worth the time as I had an exceptional experience with this bike shop and super friendly staff.Originally came for a bike tune up and accessories, as well as questions about a future road bike. While I was there I got great advice on how to shop for a road bike and the staff also provided assistance by assembling my new car hitch bike rack - a good 30 min assembly, which clearly went above and beyond my expectations.Amazing staff with Grade A service. They have a new long term client for my future bike needs.

I had an excellent experience. I was looking for a specific type of bike and the staff were very knowlegeable and useful so I felt very confident with my choice at the end. They also helped me to equip my bike properly with my needs in mind. I am very happy with the bike and the experience I had . I will recommend this store without hesitation.

I drove up from Toronto to pick up my new Trek bike as this was the only location within driving distance that this particular model was available. I was a little bit worried about doing this as I had read some of the negative reviews on here and was worried that I would be driving all this way and it may not be a great buying experience.My fears were quickly put to rest as my experience today was exceptional. Samuel spent more than hour getting me fitted and helping me pick out new bike shoes and some accessories. It was a fantastic experience and everyone was very welcoming and friendly. I would absolutely ignore any of these negative comments and encourage people to come check this store out!

We’ve been coming to this store for everything bicycle related.The manager of the store really knows what he’s doing and he is great with his hospitable services.We got a bicycle in early 2018 for le mari with his recommendation and it is serving us well for the 5th summer in a row.We have also sent our bicycles ovee the years not purchased from their store and they take care of it superbly well.Recently, we just had our e-bicycle (not purchased from them) for a general maintenance and fixing and Cedric took care of it like a pro for us.Service price is very reasonable and we are customers for life.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I used to hate this place because of a bad job they have done before, but now I realise that I was a bit emotional that one time since a car hit me on my bike. I overreacted. Since I came back there to fix my bike a few times and they have done a very good job. Still 4 stars because of that one time but otherwise it's a great place.
