Cousin Vinny's Pizza and Deli
Ordered 2 large pizzas, garlic bread and pop at 4:45 online. The delivery didn't arrived until 6:37!! Yes a Friday in a snow storm but nearly two hours?? The pizza was cold upon arrival and we didn't get the correct drinks as ordered. First and last time ordering here.

Normally this place is a great spot to run in and grab a slice for lunch and i do really like their pizza, but my recent experience has lead me to write this review. So i tried to order online for delivery on a saturday night and get an email notification that my order was cancelled due to my location being too far away. I live less than 3km away, whatever, so i order for pickup instead, get email notification that my order is cancelled again due to them being too busy". Lol. Ok whatever so i figure something must be wrong with online ordering so i call the place directly to try and place an order and the guy tells me they close at 10pm when online it says theyre open until 11pm. Oh well there is a million other pizza spots in london that will take my money."

Awful experience. I ordered online for a pick up. They were half an hour late and once I got home, I saw that they got the order wrong and my wife could not eat the pizza. I returned but did not receive a refund or an apology. The is that they bill themselves as the best pizza in London, but the pizza is at best mediocre. I’ll never be back - to any location. Lots of other options in London.They replied to my review… euf… whatever… won’t be back. Bad service, bad product, bad attitude… need I say more?

Its Friday night and me and my girlfriend decide to try the new pizza place around the corner so we order some pizza and wings with garlic bread.Order takes an hour and a half to get here but whatever, I hope its decent.I excitedly take a bite from a chicken wing and immediately get a lovely freezer burn taste. Nice maybe I'll try the garlic bread next.Eat a piece of that, hmm tasted a bit funny. It's dark in the room so I go turn the lights on. Interesting, the garlic bread and cheese literally absorbed the dye from the paper they used to put it on.The pizza itself was nothing to brag about either. Suffice to say, this is the worst pizza joint I've ever ordered from and I was left contemplating calling the health inspector. Disgusting.

I have had not great experiences ordering here previously but decided I’d give it another shot. Apparently if you order a pizza online sauce counts as a topping which I don’t understand. Yesterday I went in for one of their ‘giant slices’ and was it ever giant. The pizza was good. Not too much sauce and cooked to perfection. If your ever in the area stop in. Give places like this second chances. I hope they can get a better rep in north end as they do downtown.

Ridiculously slow service and incredibly rude when asked for an ETA.Why have a walk-in special if it's going to take over half an hour to get my food? EXTREMELY disappointedAfter getting the pizza it was the soggiest, greasiest pizza I've ever had. I've never eaten a pizza that felt WET before, until now. The mushrooms tasted like they still had dirt on them and the toppings wouldn't even stay on the thin, soggy dough.I will most definitely never be coming back here, this experience was pathetic
