Still the worst property management company I've seen. Their employees steal from tenant's. Whether it be through, late fee's" that according their collections officer - Collen ; have no obligation to explain to the tenant the amount owed.OR they wait until you're not home

I had some troubles communicating with the sales rep on a consistent basis, however was lucky enough to have Jennifer (Avenue Living Lloydminster manager) and the building manager (who's name I unfortunately forget) of our new apartment who were absolute gems. They assisted in allowing us to get in quickly and move on our original planned date despite me not having been told all the information needed beforehand. Extremely patient and helpful, it was a much less stressful experience than it could have been; and I cannot thank them enough for that <3

I had a very pleasant experience with Avenue living when I moved to Lloyd. I met Neeraj who showed me around several apartments. He was very welcoming, polite spoken and charming personality. I will advice whoever makes their move to Lloyd for work, please contact them.. you wont be disappointed..10/10 for this organization.

Mr.Nirajsingh is a great human. He is always ready for help to tenants. His dedication towards work is an amazing and give me an inspiration. I wish you a good luck for your future endeavors.

Okay so one day I decided to contact my office here, telling them “I’m going to send 600$ and I’ll send the rest on the 15th, since I’m caught up on bills would that be okay? is that okay?” And they agreed and made note. So I thought. The next day after that conversation, I sent the 600$ at my lunch break at work, not knowing what was happening all day, they continue to take the full amount right after I sent that 600$, that lead me in my negatives in my account, and I had no groceries or gas tell next two weeks, so I contacted them the issue and they where puzzled, but they contacted back and said “it was a mistake we will send back money in a couple business days” so I agreed and thanked the lord, but. The next couple days passed by and I received only 180$ dollars back, so that means out of 852$ they took and the 600$ I sent, it didn’t add up? So I sent them 1,452$ in total and I only got 180$ back sooo does that mean they took more then they owe? and they’re kicking me out of these apartments for that? When I thought we solved the issue, but no I get a paper saying I owe 301.14$ and I have to vacate?
