Shannon went above and beyond to deliver a set of baskets on short notice. Living on the mainland, I was very happy to be able to deliver a timely care package to the recipient in Victoria. I wanted to send my daughter a basket for Easter to lift her spirits. I had selected the Italian/date night basket. I decided on the Thursday before Easter Sunday so wasn't sure they would be able to deliver in time.I was pleasantly surprised. They were able to do the delivery and provided me with a one hour time span when it would be delivered so I could ensure my daughter would be home to receive it (and they were right on time). I sometimes find baskets are not always exactly as advertised - but I had another very pleasant surprise! My daughter walked me through everything that was included in the basket (via FaceTime) and it was simply lovely. My daughter and her boyfriend devoured it and loved every single bite!!! I also have to commend Modern Baskets on their communication. E-mails and texts were responded to promptly. They even made the decision to deliver on Easter Sunday due to the number of orders. I can't say enough about this local company. I am extremely happy with the service. Thanks very much!!!

I live in another province and was looking for something different for my mother's 90th birthday and found the website. Took my chances and WOW, they delivered with such great local products.I chose the little Italian charcuterie bag. All kinds of delicious goodies.Thank you Shannon for your wonderful service and for delivering it.Highly recommend them. I'll order from Shannon again.
