Don’t be fooled by the sign. This is NOT a Trek store. Horrible service, horrible repair, horrible after the sale.Worst bike repair experience in 30 years.Tires wrong direction, loose handle bars, hydraulic fluids on the brakes, can’t shift, lost parts etc etc.

Been here a few times now, the team is passionate about what they do and have helped me pick the right products as an entry level hobbyist. They even helped me fixed a broken seat post clamp very late in the day which I really appreciate!! Will definitely be a regular here :)

Wonderful experience, lovely, fun and professional staff! We are so glad there is this shop nearby.They toke care of our bikes from A to Z and they also gifted us a couple of Trek t-shirts. We cannot recommend it enough!
