Highly disappointed with the pro keratin treatment which got from them last week. My hair are rough now ,feels like brunt, and there is no smoothness or shine in hairs. Nobody can say that I got a treatment on my hairs. I went to explain the issue to them yesterday but they were not agreeing on the things. They said you got a permanent straightening so there will no shin nd smoothening, it will come with the keratin not with pro keratin. I think they should inform their clients before that their hairs gonna be like super bad after their treatments. Look at the photo of my hairs after just one week of their so called pro keratin treatment, they are not even straight. I just wasted my money for nothing. Not at all recommended for hair treatments, but yeah I loved the haircut I got for them 2 months ago.

Hy.. my friend got her treatment done from this salon but it was highly unsatisfactory. Her hairs were wavy at first. And even now, it’s not fully straight. Her hairs look burnt and frizzy as well. Her hairs are still curly and wavy after the 2nd wash. We went to them to show them the results but they said there are different treatments for the hairs for shining and smoothing. But keratin comes with straightening and shining of hairs. Her half hairs are straight and other half is curly. Highly unsatisfied with the results. I’m posting the pictures here.

The staff is absolutely amazing, welcomes you with respect and continuously checks on you if you need anything. Komal, my hairstylist does an amazing job bringing my hair back to life. I’ve always been going to her considering she’s the best at what she does. Worth recommending!

Everyone there is so polite and friendly and definitely book with Komal she is the sweetest and will make sure your love the service unlike other salons who usually don’t even ask and just cut how they like. Amazing place amazing person it’s worth it to travel all this way just to get my hair done here and will definitely come again

I had an great experience at this salon, Komal is so friendly and pays great attention to detail. She recommended styles that would best suit my hair type and really took her time cutting my hair checking in with me throughout the process if everything is to my liking. Loved the end result!
