We purchased a newly built home about a year ago in Oakville, and wanted to have a diligent review of the property for Tarion warranty purposes. I found Joe online, and after reviewing his website thought he'd be well suited. During the course of the inspection and tedious walk-through, I was very happy with Joe's knowledge and understanding of constriction, quality, and ultimately identifying any potential issues. I have a real estate background from the States, so have come across dozens of various property inspectors, and knew immediately Joe was very seasoned and experienced in his craft of property inspection and valuation of condition.
