Custom Tree Services did a fantastic job with an extremely difficult huge Spruce that was threatening our house. Hugo Gauthier was responsive and understanding of our emergency situation. He went above and beyond to find the right equipment to do the job. He and his team were professional expert and courteous. They brought down the tree safely. We are thankful and grateful for the excellent work.

Hugo and his team did a terrific job given how difficult our heavy maple tree was to remove. Using a bevy of equipment including a crane the job was done with practically no effect on the rest of our property. His crew cleaned up as if they had never been there. I would highly recommend Custom Tree Service and will be using them again!

Hugo and his team were exceptional! They took down a 110' pine that was in a very difficult location which meant they had to access it over our neighbour's property. Not a tire mark or a branch was left behind so we were all delighted. I give them a 10!

Hugo and his team took out three trees and pruned several others, removing dead branches and a few large limbs that were hanging dangerously in lower branches. They were kind, professional and left the place in immaculate shape-I was amazing at the tidy up job they did. I recommend Hugo and his crew, without hesitation. We are extremely please with this company. We highly recommend their services. They were referred to me by my neighbor who was really happy of their work . They have removed trees in a thigh area without any complications. Their work was quick and all debris were removed. Well done and thank you!

We had to bring down a big maple tree badly damaged by the recent storm. At first we worried, because a big partly broken branch was leaning toward the house. However, these guys were very friendly and professional, so we relaxed and watch (and record) the tree cutting. At first they were cutting the smaller branches at the top, and slowly one by one of the big limbs. At last they use a rope to tie the big broken branch onto a one of the healthy tree limb they left still uncut. Then they cut the big broken branch slowly moving it away from the house with the rope, and finally when it was all down, they cut the last limb and the trunk.During the tree cutting they chopped all the branches and remove the big pieces of the trunk, and at the end they raked up the grass area and clean the driveway.Btw, the guys came on time as we agree, only a few days after we contacted them, and the whole operation took them less than 3 hours.We were very pleased with their work and we recommended them to a few of our neighbors who had the similar broken trees. Also, we plan to call them in the fall to trim all our other big trees.We would highly recommend these guys for their great work and very reasonable price.M & D.S

We highly recommend this company. Our yard was badly damaged by the ice storm, we had many trees down and damaged. They showed up as planned and were very professional.
