I'd like to put a big 0 but hmm it's not an option. There's no help here. Just hiring bodies. I think this will cause people to go elsewhere. I'm calling Bell.. I'm hoping they do what they stand for unlike Roger's!!!! Why hire people that don't know what the business is????

I'm taking the time to post a review for 3 reasons. First, most positive experiences in customer service are not shared. A happy customer will usually tell 1 person, but an unsatisfied one will rant ;). Upon returning home yesterday from our Roger's trip to purchase new phones on a new plan, my partner suggested I post a review sharing our positive experience because the staff deserved the recognition. And they do, which is my second reason.We were greeted and approached quickly, seamlessly entering into the discussion of upgrading my phone and establishing a new Share Everything Plan. It was a busy evening (5pm), many people came into the store requiring assistance on a variety of services, but the staff of 5 or 6 worked well together; assisting one another through customer issues, and paperwork. Our sales rep Mckenzie was polite, friendly and confident, as well as eager to learn more about her job. She was readily assisted by her coworkers when she required their input on a specific account detail.Overall, a satisfactory and pleasant 45 minutes in this Roger's location. The staff was courteous and professional, not rude and standoffish. So here's my third reason, customer service & sales is easy to criticize, so don't judge the store based on the reviews here-- go in & meet the people in your local store.

After having a negative experiance at a previous location, Arthur made the upgrading process fun and found every possible deal for me. It was like he was playing chess, while the other store was playing checkers. I would recommend this expericance to all friends and family members. Thanks again for my beautiful green S23!

Today, my mother canceled her Bell service for TV, internet and cell phone and transfered to Rogers. She had a wonderful experience at home with the technician and then I brought her to the Roger's store on Adelaide to port her cell phone number to her new SIM card. Arthur was outstanding in his customer service!! He was extremely professional with assisting my mother for 2 hours on the phone with Bell to make this happen for her. In what could have been an exhausting experience, he kept the situation light, cheerful and supportive. Thank you Arthur for going above and beyond !

This place won't be here for long... You can't even enter the store without scanning a QR code and joining a virtual (and actual) line. Went three times unsuccessfully close to closing time of a ridiculous 6:00 PM, to attempt to return a router from a cancelled account and was refused service since they were closing soon". Staff are smug and unhelpful. They are literally guaranteeing their future obsolescence. Over the phone Rogers sent me shipping labels for the return. Good riddance."

Best experience I've had in a long time. Went to store to ask about setting up my sim card. A young man Named Arthur ended up installing cards In both my wifes and my phones. he went above and beyond answering all our questions. Great experiance.

Very bad experience. Waited around 30 minutes in the quie and problem not solved. Next day I went to other store and sovled the problem in 3 minutes.
