Provided us a Sanitary Strainer that did not have Sanitary welds or function properly for Screening Solids larger than the slot size of the mesh on the Strainer Basket. Horrible Customer Service response time, and even worse craftsmanship on the supposed re-work". They wouldn't even refund the defective unit. Investigating higher quality products and professionals is highly recommended."

Was looking for 4pcs, 6 butterfly valves in a hurry. Had contacted Sure Flow Equipment. Valves were in stock. When I got there the staff had shown excellent customer service by having the valves ready and got me on my way quickly."
