service guy was not very helpful. I forgot to write down my number for part and they said sorry parts are not universal for my oven tray door glide and pretty much refused to help me get my oven tray back on track. other places would try and help you with as much as possible if you forgot even when you live out of the city! the part I needed can be used with 5 different makes. found from a different part place online and they have it in stock and at a better price then what I found on reliable parts website and it was out of stock so i would have wasted my time anyways.

The name says is all. The parts are reliable but don’t expect the customer services to be reliable. Cody is the most unhelpful attendant I have ever met. You are greeted by a sign that says makes sure you have your model number ready and bloody heck, make sure you do or else Cody gives you the most passive aggressive attitude I have ever seen and complains like a school yard child and over explains why he wont help you figure out the right model number even though he has the computer systems and ability to help. If Cody is the owner, your business will always suffer due to the client services you offer. If Cody is just a worker. He needs some coaching on how to work in a service based industry or maybe he needs to find a new path in life. and if the company orders the wrong part and you have to return if. You’ll probably pay the shipping twice. Again, if you are looking for parts, this is the place but don’t expect any type of customer services.Judging by the comments. There is a trend here. I would recommend adjusting your service model if you are reading this.Update. Part two. When I arrived for the 3rd time the part came broken in two pieces. When I asked Cody about that he responded yes I saw that broken but I was unsure. When asked for a replacement rush order Cody informed me that I would have that pay that rush fee even thought he admitted to accepting a broken part and rather than make it right. He treated me like I was the difficult one asking for the part to be rushed to me at no charge given the fact that I was still in the building.He then had to call a support office to get permission to waive a rush fee. That should be basics of client service. Make it right when you are not being reliable and empower your staff to do so.I did nothing wrong in this entire situation yet I leave laughing and thinking is this really happening right now?. I also believe Cody thinks he is delivering on good service. This is probably the most interesting service experience story I have and it feels made up that’s how unbelieve my experience has been.If I could have given 0 stars. I would have.

Very pleased with Reliable Parts. No one would fix my Kenmore wall oven, including the appliance store that Reliable Parts is located, for reasons that it is Kenmore and parts might be difficult to source.Reliable Parts had the part in stock and it was delivered to Calgary in a week. This saved me hundreds in repairs and a couple of thousand if I was to replace.This week I ordered a microwave turntable motor, that has been difficult to source. The prices online were extreme and I was ready to purchase a new microwave, but I found it at Reliable Parts for approx $21! Installed it today and the microwave is working great.Going forward Reliable Parts will be my go to parts store.

Part for my dishwasher was there, emailed me when ready, in and out in 5 minutes. So nice to have this in the NW. Price was same/less than Amazon.

Honestly we had such a crummy experience. We placed an order for a an inner dishwasher door in May. Expection was set for 2-3 months. We waited and after a few months we called in again, they told us a tracking number has been created.. still will be a month or longer.. kept waiting until mid November for them to tell us this part is now discontinued and no longer available. We wasted almost 6 months waiting for a part that was never going to be delivered and they held the cost on the credit card for that long.
