Crows Nest Barbershop

Bounced around to alot of barbershops but this is my new spot. Dave did an amazing job. Most barbers struggle with my hair type and head shape but Dave does a clean cut and cut it the way I asked and more.

My bf has finally found a barber that is amazing. He loves the cut and the service. Uncle Jon does a fantastic job

Brought my son in with African hair and Dave made several comments about how hard it was to cut and how hard it was to brush and get through the whole time. This is the second time we went and first time he had a meltdown about it too… I thought barbers cut hair but apparently it is too hard to cut African hair without making a comment every two seconds about it.. won’t go back. Uncle Jon is cool though.

Today was my first visit to this barbershop. I’m one of those people who hate changing barbers, but it was no longer sensible or cost effective to travel to my previous barber who I’d gone to for years. Before going to Crowsnest, I tried one other barbershop in town. They call themselves barbers, but they are hairstylists, not barbers! They butchered my fade. As such, I was a little nervous about trying another local shop. But I try decided to give Crowsnest a try and man, I’m glad I did! John was absolutely a great guy and did a fantastic job cleaning up the other barbers mess. This place is clean, cool, reasonably priced and super friendly! Thanks John for the great cut and conversation!

Got a very great cut from Uncle Jon--fantastic barber and nice guy. He displayed a voluminous knowledge of early 80s sci-fi films and I was thoroughly impressed!

Uncle John is a legend. Great cuts. Good for kids. Great shop and they take appointments. Can't say enough good things about this place. Best shop in collingwood.

Uncle Jon gave me the best haircut I ever had in Collingwood - and one of the best in my world including New York and London(UK). He is a totally qualified barber with 35 + years training + experience specializing in cutting men's hair. And it shows in his work. Jon's skill as a professional barber for men is exceptional. He takes his craft standards very seriously. We are so fortunate to have him in Collingwood.
