This company is hard to get a hold of. And not accountable to communication. We ordered a freezer and went unresponded to many times after inquiring how long it would take to arrive. I finally requested to cancel the order. They ignored this request and I got a shipping notification a few days later after waiting over a mnth from time of ordering when product was said to be in stock.Freezer arrived and is completely hot. The unit doesn’t work after all of that. I was told I needed video proof of it not working, and they refused to even call me to address my concern or even refusing to give a name or contact of who was fielding my concern. Then they stopped responding when I asked for someone to call to arrange return.This company is not trustworthy. We will see if they return and rectify the situation or if I have to take further action. But I wouldn’t recommend them terrible service. Sketchy at best.
