I’m not sure I’ve ever had a business be so consistently kind, considerate, polite, and professional. water warehouse and the folks that work there are one of a kind. From the moment my call is answered until the water is delivered, everyone is so friendly. I don't know where you get your water, but if it’s anywhere but here….you’re missing out. By the way the prices are better here. :)

No hassle and great customer service! We just finished replacing entire system that never worked from new from another company with water warehouse's iron filter and dual tank softner. They were over $1000 cheaper just for the softner alone. What a difference instantly. Highly recommended them!

I am so impressed with this company and Keith that I dealt with. I was looking to rent a Water Softener and he was very honest with me and gave me some things to try with my current water softener (that I own) before looking at a new one or renting one. I have never had a company be so honest with me. I am incredibly impressed. I will try what he said and if I need a new one this is the company that I will purchase with based on their honesty alone!!! Thank you so much for the great customer service!!!

Fantastic service and very friendly! I gave them some vague instructions of what I was looking for (I suck at plumbing and don't know all the correct terms etc.). They figured out what I wanted. Found the pump, fittings, and hoses I all needed. Installed everything they could and instructed me on how to do the rest. They even recommended going to another store that carried a cheaper drain hose instead of upselling me on their more expensive alternative due to its higher strength (which I didn't need).Overall. Honest, friendly, knowledgeable, extremelly helpful. Highly recommended. Thanks guys!

Had a technician come and install a water softener in my condo because mine was leaking. Colin was very nice and professional. He explained some questions I had for him on how things work. Apparently the softener from when I bought my place was hooked up incorrectly, was hooked up to the hot-water line. In which caused it to leak/breakdown. Anyways, now he hooked everything up with the new softener correctly. Very happy with everything. Will definitely be a loyal customer to these guys. Thanks.

Had issues with RO in our house. Made it known we didn’t purchase any supplies or services from them when we installed it but the gentleman who I dealt with was extremely helpful. Brought up how their techs do installations and made the repair super easy. Will definitely be going back.
