We dealt with Steffy in booking our river cruise with Emerald. She was amazing. She worked very hard to get us the best deal possible (and she did). Steffy answered all our emails and questions in short order. Between Steffy and Breanna (from Emerald), their efforts saved us over $1300 on the original quote for our cruise. Just want to state some facts about our travel agency “Discount Coach Tours”, specifically Steffy Chen, our River Cruise Expert. We have had a European river cruise in the works since late 2019 which has obviously been cancelled numerous times due to covid. When it all appeared to come together for this year, the entire cruise was cancelled due to the area conflict. Ms. Chen was not only able to get us on another cruise of superior valve but also saved us “literally” thousands of dollars plus was able to get us numerous upgrades. Her knowledge of the industry, professionalism, efficiency, patience and not to mention, tenacity are second to none when ensuring that her clients receive the utmost available incentives and value. I have worked in 27 countries and together with my wife have travelled to at least another twenty. We are well versed in working with travel agents and agencies, Ms. Chen, in my opinion, is in a class of her own, she is the benchmark for the definition of the term customer service and satisfaction. Second to none that I’ve dealt with!

We took the Ireland trip 2 years ago... it was amazing, the cost was exceptionally reasonable, the planning was so smooth and timings worked incredibly well. Everyone was just outstanding, but most of all Kiran Grewal, she was so helpful, kind and patient. It was all so good we are planning another trip for the new year. This organization was highly recommended by a neighbor who had nothing but praise for everyone, she had done the Ireland trip the year before us and is hoping to do another trip soon.

A friend and I had booked a Trafalgar tour scheduled for May 2020, so it was cancelled of course. That trip was re-booked for May 2022; it was Prague-Vienna-Budapest and the worsening situation nearby made us uneasy. Our excellent travel consultant Kiran Grewal was quick to assist us with an alternate plan. She was helpful all through the two years of planning, worrying about policy and cancellation/rebooking, and the flexible reboot to the trip. During the trip itself she forwarded perfect information for current documentation for our return to Canada, 'the icing on the cake' for me. As a traveler you would be fortunate to have Kiran's competent, calm, professional assistance.

She is very knowledgeable; she tries her best to get everything a person requests. Travel planning can be confusing and complicated and especially so during the COVID pandemic. My friend and I booked a vacation to Vienna, Prague and Budapest in May 2020 with the help of our travel consultant Kiran Grewal. Of course it was cancelled. The trip was finally rebooked for May 2022 but the situation in Europe was unsettling. With Kiran's advice and assistance we changed our plans and rebooked once more for France in May 2022. For 2 years she guided us through all the complications of planning and replanning our trips, answering all our questions (and we had lots!), providing all current documentation, easing us through the transitions, even acting on our behalf with Trafalgar to secure our plans. I'm sure we couldn't have done it without Kiran's help. Who would we have turned to in those confusing times? She bid us Bon Voyage the day we left and even contacted us during our trip with relevant updates for return to Canada.
