I received excellent service from Spencer. He took the time to go over all the new ICBC changes and helped me get the best coverage while saving money. In other places I felt rushed but not here. Everyhting was done efficiently over the phone and by email.

Have gone to multiple insurance brokers and this was my best experience. Spencer was very knowledgable and did a great job. He looked at my girlfriends auto insurance after doing mine and reduced it because the previous auto-plan broker hadn’t done a thorough job. He reduced the price by $30/month.

These guys are the best you will find. Called to renew my insurance over the phone (covid safety), and we were done in 20 minutes. No waiting, received the papers via email, and the decal will be sent in the mail.

Because of covid, I don't drive near as much. I had a scheduled move coming up and realized my insurance was about to expire. Although they are under limited emergency operations, they still let me come right in and renew my insurance with no prior warning given my situation. It was so appreciated! The broker explained everything clearly to me and was able to answer all of my questions that I berated him with lol. Have been using this broker a few years now and it has consistently given me the same high level of service.

ESL friendly-Forgot to leave comments after visit, definitely recommended! Spencer was such a lovely, patient and considerate person to ask for help! If I could, I would leave him a 35% up tips. He helped me sort everything I will need to transfer ownership and to register in Ontario, it was way more than his duty, not only he made a call to service Ontario to make sure I get right document but also print them out to me, amazing person! Will definitely go back to visit or recommend to others who need! Thank you Spencer!
