Very very rude manager, I was checking some bags, unfortunately I was standing close to the cash counter, she came from nowhere and asked my in very rude way to move away from her cash counter. I felt so bad and I left the store.

I was in the store with my Boyfriend's Little Sister, she happened to like a purse and keychain, and I happened to like the shoes. We were ready to purchase when I noticed the 20% off on the purchase of 150 CAD. It was also my birthday week so I had an additional discount code of 20% on my email, as I am an Aldo Crew Plus member. Our total purchase was coming up to 170 CAD so I asked the employee who was helping me out if I can club the two offers, and she said Yes

Shoutout to Manager Erin (red hair and tattoos) for helping me with my online return/exchange, she’s a rockstar and did all she could to help me resize and get the right shoes!! Amazing customer service :) Thank you and love this store!!

No star for this stupid super rude customer service. The cashier just threw me the receipt like I was paying from her credit card, Most worse customer experience in my whole life.

Called the store today to ask if they could tell me what heels they had in my size that’s available in store but was directed to go to the website. Usually that would be fine but unfortunately I need a pair to perform tonight and the website does not have a way to filter shoes available in store meaning I’d have to select a shoe one by one and select a store over and over again. I explained due to my time crunch I thought this would be easier. The lady then responded by asking me repeatedly if I was “Darrelle” and I told her 3/4 times that it was not but she then responded saying that because she’s the only one in the store she does not have time for this and hung up.

Went to Masonville store on May 9th, ask for a size 9 sandals to try on and was too small, ask the lady for the next size, try them on and they were not comfortable, politely ask the lady pointing another style if she had those on my size, she rudely looked at me from a 3 meter distance and in front of everyone said “ I am not going to give you every single sandals on the store for you to try on.”She said she was the store manager, I felt embarrassed and had the worst customer service experience in my whole life. Immediately I call the customer service phone number and someone was supposed to contact me regarding my complaint and nobody have called me. This lady doesn’t have a single customer service skill. Never going back to this store in my life and I am spreading my terrible in-store experience everywhere.

Purses have no aldo logo.I think they are selling fake purses, outside there is no logo

One of the worst customer service I had ever experienced. I was just asking for return policy and associates become angry.

Went to the store and found a pair of shoes I liked but didn't have my size so they ordered me a pair and said they would ship it to my house. When I received my package they only sent one shoe! This was in December and I still haven't received my refund. The worst customer service. No explanation or apology and no answer as to when I will get my refund.
