Ocean Village Resort Tofino

We (two seniors) love this place. Stayed four nights in a garden suite. Our view from our cabin is the ocean front (with a row of cabins in front of us but below eye level, so we can easily see the beach) and south facing. The place is spotless, well cared for, has all the amenities we needed. We brought all our food so we had enough dishes and cooking pans etc. The room has one large bed and a couch that turns into a smaller bed. Perfect for two people or small family. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place and we look forward to coming again. There were a lot of dogs around us, but only one problem barking dog and when we spoke to front desk, they dealt with it and then there was silence.

The cabins beachfront are perfect. They are clean and has a nice refresh yet still rustic. The patio view of Mckenzie Beach is stunning. Option for beach bonfire is wonderful. We were there with friends and we had cabins next to each other. Exploring the beach and walking along the beach line was a great experience. All great things and definitely will be back!

Really enjoying our stay here, the interiors of cabins are exceptional. A few aesthetic suggestions would make a big improvement. New cute LED lamps above cabin numbers, and larger white room numbers, bi-yearly pressure washing or lichen control on cabins.. and painting exterior trim black. Also more string lights outside would add a lot. Not complaining!! Everything was excellent, just hoping to be helpful. Thanks for a great stay. Notifying people about the change of the code to the pool/hottub would go a long way too.

Always super clean!! (And I’m a clean freak) staff is always super friendly and helpful. This place has always been reliable and my favourite place to stay in Tofino by far. Perfect location and the ones closest to the beach have a beautiful view !!!!

Beautiful, peaceful location on Mckenzie Beach. Able to sit n front of cabin and read, and enjoy the amazing beach view and sound of crashing waves with the beach just steps away. This is a magical place. The interior is high-quality wood, beds are comfy, and the bathroom has a large tub to indulge in if desired. Propane campfires are available on request. Highly recommend.

Tofino is magical but having the ability to wake up and be steps from the ocean at Ocean Village resort makes it even more special. The cabins are quaint and have everything you need for a relaxing stay. The staff were helpful and the beach is pretty amazing.

I just spent 2 nights in upper suite next to forest. I have being going to OV for 43 years! Easy check in and out. One text away to housekeeping. I love having a kitchen. My Go To resort. I only live 3 hours away ! Fabulous drive in !

Excellent beachside resort on the ocean. Lots of childhood memories here. Perfect place to start and end each vacation day. Upper cabins recommended though if you like quiet.

The cabin was very cute. Great location and steps away from the beach. The cabin was surprisingly clean when we arrived. They even provided dog bowl and towel for the doggo. The cabin had a full kitchen and a fridge.Perfect getaway from busy city life into the nature with sounds of the ocean.

Smooth online booking, great suites with lovely ocean view. The staff is helpful and amenities are comprehensive. We would have liked it better if the pool, jacuzzi and laundry were open later (they close at 9 pm). Overall a beautiful setting with an awesome ocean view, decent waves along a somewhat sheltered beach. We would return!
