Tommy Gun's Original Barbershop

It was our very first time here. The barber was very patient with my 5 year old son. My son was so happy that he wanted to get a hair cut again that very same day. I like the added touch of getting my son’s hair washed of which I think is my son’s favourite part of the service. We will definitely be back. Thank you Tommy Guns!

The entire customer experience was excellent! After having the same stylist for 20 years, he up and left for New York. I have tried 3 other stylist before giving Tommy Gun a try. Eli cut my hair. He was attentive to my preferences and quite frankly was a consummate professional. Great cut and great experience. Bravo!

Tommy guns has always been pretty consistent with their hair cuts, and this one was no different. Looks great! What irked us was the fact that they said that the beard trim was promotional and then they charged for it. Also, we paid cash and they didn't even give us the option to tip our change back, they just kept it. When we mentioned that it was pretty rude to assume we wanted to tip that much or tip at all, the lady at the til just turned around and kept on with anything but discussing our issue with us. That IS STEALING! A tip is the choice of the customer. I'm not saying that we wouldn't have tipped that, or even more, but not being given the option leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

I got a haircut here in twassen T.G. Great establishment and conveniently located inside a cool mall. Check-in was a breeze and there was no cue. The staff were friendly, I got Vicky as my barber. Super chilled guy and he gave me a great skin fade. He was very meticulous and made sure all the sides of my head were even. Scalp massage and style was a great addition to the service. Overall, a top notch customer service! Will definitely go back again.

Booking ahead does not work. You think you have a ballpark time, leave home, drive there and discover it doesn't actually work. You are not in the system, it turns out. This has happened twice. Once I thought it was my fault, second time not so much. Turns out this happens a lot. Pretty frustrating when it is later in the day and they don't now have time to take you. What a waste of time. Nothing offered to make up for the inconvenience. Time for a new barber.

This was my barbers since they opened 5 years ago. My last 2 visits were horrible. The barbers I got must of been students, they had no experience and butchered my hair. Sad to see Tommy Guns high quality go downhill. Expressed my experience to their customer service team and was told someone would follow up. Its been 2 weeks and I've heard nothing. So much for customer loyalty, hope they can find their form again as they used to be very good.

Rose gave my two young boys an amazing haircut! It was our first visit to Tommy Guns and we will definitely be back - next time, with my husband too! They were very kid friendly and welcoming. A great environment with friendly staff. Thank you Rose.

I came here few weeks back sourav gave me exactly the haircut I wanted. Definitely coming back for my next haircut but busy place on weekends though!!
